Service was good, but all bets are off if you need to use the restroom. The restroom is locked and asking to be let in is... Insulting. I dont care if you need to lock it, thats fine. But being very and vocally impatient that Im not RIGHT behind you (when someone cuts me off). Questions on how I want this to work (what??) Condescension. "The boys room" when Im a middle aged man. It was just bizarre. And off-putting. We werent moochers. We spent real money. The other service was good, but the ordeal of just wanting to use the restroom in the middle of a lot of shopping... Overshadowed everything. It was a simple request with a simple solution. Or it should have been. Im well dressed, grown, clean, spending money... didnt matter. I wanted to give 2 starts but the other service really was good. It just wasnt consistently good.

Sometimes you want to make a giant butterfly full of glitter and jewelry. Or sometimes you want to be a beautiful butterfly! This place has everything for an artist. Sewing, drawing, ribbons, tshirts, fondue, bakery, etc. I usually come here when I want to make something creative for my girlfriend because I think thats more fun than a card or flowers. Now you may think it is expensive and it usually is but mostly every week there is a coupon for 40% one regular priced item. With this you can easily get prices found on amazon at Michaels! The employees are decent and helpful when you need help or have a question

I am an avid Michaels shopper, I love to craft and Michaels for the most part has everything I need. I visited this store last night because I had a project I was interested in finishing. I was told very rudely that they were closing and that I would have to leave. I was obviously still looking for something and it would have taken her 5 minutes to help me and then I would have left happy rather than feeling like I was taking up there time. I just thought it was rude, I would have handled the situation differently if I were in her shoes.

Very helpful staff, great sales on all kinds of supplies. If you sign up for emails, you get really good discounts, too, very easy to use. The art classes are also fun, and reasonably priced.

Nice Michaels. Clean, well lit, friendly staff. Ample free parking. In Union Landing center, off 880, between Whipple and Alvarado Niles. Store is between "Smart and Final" and Petco.
