Bought a iPhone 7+ online at Bestbuy because of the price compared to a sprint store. (Sprint store $296.00) Bestbuy on sale $79.00 out the door.(Tax only) Note: paying the balance on the installment plan so, I called sprint and asked customer service if I could take my phone into the sprint store and have it activated they said yes. I went to the union city landing sprint store and waited 30 minutes before being called to the counter the employee and I greeted each other I told the employee whats stated above and gave my phone number to the employee to pull my account up on the screen once it was on the screen the employee wanted me to change my plan and I said NO I dont want to change anything my plan is fine with me the sprint employee said you need to change your plan and I said NO again then sprint employee said you have 5 phones on your plan and Im going to save you money the 3rd time I sad PLEASE dont change anything. The employee took my phone to the back room came back and said I cant activate your phone because its not a sprint phone and I want to see your receipt from Bestbuy showing you bought it. I showed my receipt then was told sorry I cant activate your phone because its not a sprint store phone. I called before I went too. Ive been with sprint since 2004 never been late on a payment and Im on a old plan and thats fine with me. As far as this sprint store I hope they corporate dose something about it. Unacceptable. My mistake was not asking for a name so I could share my experience with Corporate Office. This employee didnt have a name tag on the nice looking sprint outerwear. In November, I went to the store and wait around 50 minutes to get help and finally I added 2 more phones to my account and a couple days after, one of the new phones got lock out and then we went back to the store and waited around 30 minutes. One of the workers told me they had to order a new phone because that one has a factory failure and then he gave me back the phone and he told me wait 3 - 5 days and they will call me to get my phone. I told them if I needed to give them the phone and they said " No, we cant do anything about it ". I didnt hear from them for a week and a half until I call yesterday to Sprint and they told me they dont see any order under my name in the system. I then called to the Union City store and they told " Ohhh yeah we have the phone "and they still said " nobody call you yet ". I was already pissed off. I went today to pick up the phone and a girl was helping me and then she started asking me for the phone and I told her the guy who put in the order told me I didnt need to bring the phone. I had the phone home and I could have brought it but the Manager came and told me I had to bring the phone no matter what in the rudest manner he can possibly can. He is the Manager, the first thing they need to be is helpful. He made everything worse when he came. But I think this store is under poor management all the times. Ive been in this store always and the first thing I see are the employees playing around while their are a ton of people waiting to be helped. Their on their phones, talking, etc.

ZERO stars. Much like the rest of the reviews, Ive moved to sprint from VERIZON and regretted it. I dealt with the lack of service and false reliability claims. What made me finally go back to Verizon was scheduling a repair at this location days in advance, going to my appointment on time only to have some young immature employee tell me "the guy who fixes phones didnt come to work today". Very unprofessional. Waste of my time. Not only was this news not good, but the method of delivery was just very unprofessional. I have a young child who constantly reminds me when he uses my phone that he misses Verizon and why does sprint not work. Well, Sprint, all that money on marketing should have really been spent on actually delivering a great service, product and reliability. AVOID SPRINT AT ALL COSTS, If you need to save money and cant afford VERIZON you are better off with TMOBILE or METRO PCS.

My lg g4 needed to be replaced due to a hardware fault. They told me my new phone (lg g5) would be ready in 3 business days. I called 3 days later and they had not yet ordered my new phone, told me 3 more days. Called them 3 days later phone was finally in, so I schedualed an appointment to pick it up. I arrived at the store and there was no record of my appointment. Waited over an hour for service and i was lucky, they bumped me ahead in line cause i made a fuss about them not having record of my appointment. They gave me my new phone and when i got home i realized that the g5 requires a different charger than the g4, which they did not give me. Only thing that saved them from 1 star was the free upgrade from g4, that was nice. I play to swotch carriers once my current phone lease is up.

I didnt even get any service done at this location, I just tagged along with a friend and just by being in the store, I could tell its complete trash. The employees are extremely unprofessional. Blasting hip hop music way to loud, singing along to it out loud, dancing like its a club. The employees behind the glass in the repair area look like lazy idiots. Laughing and joking around, drinking their fast food soda in plain view of customers. I would never trust this store with anything of importance whatsoever. It seems like their parents probably forced them to get a job and they ended up at this Sprint store location.

This was the worst experience ever! The Lead Sergio lied about me keeping my same plan once I upgrade. I then went to sprint two days later once receiving a email that my bill went up $100. I found out that a line was added and that my plan was changed but this lead. The Assisant Manger didnt do much except tell me that basically I have to loose my (925) number that I had for years. Please dont come to this location they lie and love to mess with accounts... Oh Sergio made me sign the offer and didnt let me see what I was signing.

Not good...but its too late. I suggest trying another carrier. The staff is lazy and slow. If you have any issues the first thing they do is tell you to call customer care...thats basically their answer to almost everything. Im on a contract now...so its too late for me...but save yourselves the trouble and research a better carrier for your services. Unfortunately the only thing the staff at this location cares about is making their commissions. Sprint...you should be ashamed of yourselves! Once my contract is up I will not renew.

I DID NOT LEAVE A REVIEW ON HERE A YEAR AGO. THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW. Just wanted to check the reviews on this sprint store location and was shocked to see that I had already reviewed it and gave 5 stars at that. Kinda funny since I had never even been there until a month or 2 ago. Bad bad bad sprint. No wonder why all of a sudden I was locked out of my old Google account and my password wouldnt work many months ago. When our 2 year contract is up we will be leaving. DONT USE SPRINT.
