Passport Photos: DO NOT COME HERE. I had my photos done TWICE and both times they were rejected. PLEASE do not get your photos done here. They are expensive and UPS wont refund. Get your photos done elsewhere. Customer Service: They seemed nice enough. A bit stressed I suppose as theres only ever one person working at a time. They are very slow here but again, its because only one person works at a time. AAA Discount: You get a 3% discount here. Not much but its worth noting. Parking: Theres never parking out front but you can park at the Walmart or Kohls just fine. Prices: The prices here are actually much higher than the Post Office. I would recommend going to the Post Office to send a package or maybe even a different UPS, it could be that this ones prices are higher than others. I had a .6 lb package to send and they charged 20+ dollars. Handling of Packages: I sent out my package and asked for the lady to tape it shut. She never did. It arrived with items missing. Often my packages are damaged. Save yourself the trouble. Just go to the post office. Theyre mean there but at least theyre doing their jobs.

I have called this store three times during business hours and they have not answered and their answering machine says that memory is full. I also had a terrible experience here with the employees. I brought in a large bench to be packaged and the employees quoted a certain price. After they packed my item, bench with legs, they brought me out a large box with the seat of the bench inside and left the legs out of the box. They did not do as I asked. They also proceeded to charge twice the amount they quoted without asking my permission. Do not visit this UPS store, go to the one on Castro St. Edited to add: we took the item back to the store to speak with the store manager. The store manager still did not package the item as we specified and did not give us the price that was quoted. He just explained that we didnt understand that the cost to package it was $45 and materials cost $30 but this information was never told to us. The girls at the counter said $45 and no mention of anything else. Horrible customer service, horrible prices. Save you money and sanity and go to fedex or the UPS on castro st.

I sent some documents from this store, and I used the overnight delivery to send, inside my documents I had a return envelope with same overnight delivery service. Now see what happened, The delivery took like normal service to reach the destination and same regular mail service time it is taking to deliver at my home(still waiting).. When I contact the store(did that twice) they told me they will talk to billing department to get the refund and get back to me.. but i have never received any call from them.. I will never use UPS in my life for sure specially this store..

Ive had my Personal Mail Box service here for about 3 months now, and Ive been happy with their services. They email me as soon as I receive delivery of any kind. Their staff members are courteous, efficient, and really pleasant. On my second visit, they already knew my PMB # and handed my stuff right away. I usually get in and out in less than 3 minute unless theres a wait. Even then, they are very efficient in handling the customers, and I wont mind waiting in line there. Ive had PMB at 2 other UPS locations and this is the best so far.

I went to this store to scan something just to realized the scanners were out of order and could only scan black and white. At the end I had to delete all the files since nothing was readable (seriously, not at all readable) and the rude woman behind the counter was telling me it is what it is. The unbelievable part is that I was charged $5! For nothing in return, i didnt even use any resources like paper or ink and still got charged for a crappy unusable (deleted) scan.

This place is ridiculous. I dont actually care that the employees are rude...service is all that matters. So, how could it possibly take 20 hours to print a few black & white pages? You have the option of sending by email but apparently they charge you a $2.50 convenience fee for printing something the same day (even if its only one 0.10 cent page!) Dont waste your time at this location. It gets one star because you cant give it zero.

May not get best in class service but the long-haired white guy definitely knows how to do his job. Ive been to the 3 closest UPS Stores and this one is my favorite because of this guy. He always finds me the lowest price. Not the fastest place to visit but Im not into the box slinging type. This guy is intelligent and always packs well and double checks the paperwork.

Pricing for notary services is wicked high at $20 for a signature. The staff is very flaky and took a very very long time to get us on our way. For a notoriety and a fax we were in the store for over 40 minutes.

The staff were really rude, very ungracious and acted like they were doing me a big favor The manager really needs to train their teenage staff to act like humans. I always leave there feeling dirty.

This is a great UPS Store. The staff is nice, they notify you right away when you get packages, and the location is good since theres plenty of parking nearby.
