Dont ship artwork!!! My instructions regarding delivery were ignored--they were not written on the box or conveyed to the delivery driver despite assurances at the store, putting artwork at risk of damage from being dumped in an open driveway during rainy season instead of on the porch, as directed. The packaging was shoddy, including shipping tape put directly onto picture frames without concern for the effects of tape on wood and gilding. I paid $300 for this service and UPS has told me they have no control over UPS Store franchisees--you, the customer, are on your own, even though you think you are getting UPS service. A UPS Store is not UPS. In this case, both the store and UPS failed to meet reasonable expectations.

The staff is kind, professional, friendly, and extremely patient! I have gotten nothing but exceptionally good customer service from Henry. He really seems very well suited to a customer service job that requires accuracy and efficiency in taking care of customers needs. I have always had good experiences there. Also, they process request efficiently.
