Needed to get a passport photo but was sold one that the passport office rejected. Went back to get a refund and was asked why I was returning the photos and what was wrong with them. When I told the person who took the photo, she got indignant and walked away. I had to wait 10 minutes for her manager to eventually refund my money. All this making me late for my next business appointment. Finally, the passport office closed while this was going effectively wasting the afternoon. UPS Store franchise, I hope you are reading this. You need to train your people to take a good passport photo or stop offering the service. Zero out of 10, 1 out of 5, never coming back to this store again.

Went into to the store to mail a package and was told the return shipping charges would be reimbursed by the addressee. I ended up having to pay do to the lack of shipping experience and training of the staff. Management and corporate customer service were also very poor and useless. These stores are franchises and are not affiliated with UPS. Avoid and take your packages over to the hub.

Went to get fingerprinted. Was told to come here by another ups store because they couldnt do it and this place said they only do it by appointment and to find another ups store. Asked which one and was told "you got a smart phone right? Look it up."

$0.25/min for computer use, but $1.25 minimum. If you spend under $5 they wont allow you to use card for payment. Wont go any more.
