Seating area was very dirty, so I asked for something so I could wipe the table down. This seemed to annoy the man who -I guess- was supposed to be tending the area. He was very rude as he wiped the table-there were still crumbs and sticky bits, but I just ate at the cleanest part of the table. Forty minutes later, he came back to the area to clean up the garbage on the floor, and partially wipe the other tables. He walked up and told me I couldnt sit with my feet on my chair-which was strange, made me uncomfortable, so I left. It was obvious my business was not wanted there. Two stars because lots of organic options, which is nice!!

Only grocery store in town parking is garage and elevator escalators are ur entry very clean and stocked except for sundays meat is high and too much fat on roast and few steaks. But fresh when it rains the place is a lake and pay attention to where u park the leaks are over entry and parking. They need to get that fixed. Only one employee I had issues with and shes the only one that stands out no need to go her level just know she works nights and rude as hell

They sometimes stock the seafood salad I crave so much that has not been seen for ages at other Safeways... Prices are way higher than my typical neighborhood Safeways in Mountain View. Its prettier, well organized - but I do get regular sticker shock when I hop in for a quick last minute grab-and-go meal or drink. Its consistent with other Safeways in terms of quality and layout.

Dont let them pull a fast one on you by buying an expired item. Management simply thanked me for reporting the expired sundried tomatoes in oil. He played the failure of his store rather coyly and with arrogance. I asked for a discount, he refused, this review was written. We will leave it at that.

I love the way the store is laid out, its easy to run in and grab and go. I never find it very crowded and if the lines are long, they very quickly open up another checker. I would give it a 5 except for the produce department is sometimes not kept up. Love the underground parking.

Not as well stocked as most Safeways. I find it very frustrating it is so hard to find a hand basket in this store. And with a few exceptions the staff is not terribly concerned with helping or accommodating customers. Seems poorly managed.

Love this place. Great selection of beers and breads!!! You do have to get to the upper floor to shop so get to climbing some stairs or hop on the elevator from the parking deck!

Good groceries selections. Especially produces, wine and cheese. Not a lot of instant coffee though. Sandwich shop is acceptable - cheap, fast and helpful staffs.
