Ive held a mailbox here for several years, and the staff are always incredibly helpful. I travel a lot for work, and they have been especially great when assisting me with long-distance needs (such as international forwarding, etc). The store can be busy during peak hours, so there is sometimes a wait when visiting in person - but thats because the staff here actually take the time to make sure all of your needs are met. I cant emphasize enough how great the employees are (especially Ben). They maintain a pleasant and friendly environment, and make it very easy to take care of my businesss mail and shipping needs (even when Im halfway across the world).

I"m not sure why there are negative reviews. The people at this UPS store have always been so helpful and wonderful. I had one issue with a printing order that was not done well, but I think the employee was new and they corrected it for me. I love to go here to drop off packages and to print posters.

Horrible customer service. Two employees and neither would acknowledge customers waiting for help. Finally had to leave and head to downtown Santa Cruz to send my package. Ridicules.

$1 per page for scanning. That is crazy! Left and went to Fedex Store in Santa Cruz for .33/page scanning.
