Bought iPhone and iPad from these people 6 months ago. After lengthy discussion about prices, agreed on plan. First AT&T invoice arrives, it is 10 dollars more than quoted. They had added an insurance plan magically. Fast-forward to now, iPhone stops working. Wife takes it into store to ask what her options are. They TRY AND SELL HER A NEW IPHONE. They called me (it is my account) to make sure it was okay that they add a second 3 year contract to the plan (so we can pay double for the next 3 years). They dont even mention that it is under warranty with Apple, or that it could be fixed. WTF Parrot.

Not at all what I was looking for in an AT&T experience. Went in to upgrade my phone, and as all of the three associates were busy, decided to wait quietly in the back until someone freed up. It took a solid ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, and this acknowledgement was rudely shouted across the store to the point where every customer and associate was then staring at me as I then had to shout my business back. Incredibly unprofessional. I immediately left and will take my business elsewhere.

great phone place great phones love it i really think people should take at&t as their new phone place it is a little on the pricy side and that is one of the things not so great about it. but aside from that it is really good works all the time and most of the people with at&t love it like i do. i think it is a one four in a half because of the price but the place itself is really great.

This store is happy to sneak whatever they can into any purchase you make. They tried to have me sign a paper that would add a tablet and data plan to my account first telling me it was part of my phone purchase and then telling me I had to accept it to get the stated price for my phone. Both of these were lies. Do not trust them. Youre better off going somewhere else.

the worst service I have ever encountered. Every time I have gone here I have waited 2 hours. Was lied to about my contract when I signed up and will never go back to this store, they gave me a used Note and tried to pawn it off as brand new....may in fact switch service providers as they make ATT look awful. Go to another ATT provider.

Bought my phone and plan here originally. Went to buy iPhone case was ignored by staff, left and bought it at Office Max. Dear Staff, Im sorry youre job sucks but the workers at Office Max probably are in a similar situation except they were nice and very helpful so you really have no excuse.
