The absolutely rudest service Ive ever received. After talking to ATT representative on the phone and being advised to visit my local ATT store I and my husband went to store in Monroe, WA to ask question about unlocking my Iphone so that I can give it to my friend. Once we walked in, nobody greeted us and the personnel seemed annoyed by us asking questions. The associate named Austin told me I have to go online and unlock it myself, I explained that I already called ATT and there is nothing they could do and that I was asked to come here. "This is not my problem, you can go across the street, the door is right there, I cannot help you, go online or call again"- words I heard back. I immediately asked him to call his manager, who actually was in the store listening to all of that and said absolutely nothing. I asked him to call his supervisor then- in response I was rudely asked to leave the store.... I was shocked to the point that I could not say anything. I turned around and started walking towards the exit and Austin yelled "Do not come here again, you are not welcome"... They are not a corporate store and probably do not care about representation of AT&T and their customers.
