I tried to switch over from another carrier to ATT. One of the store representative used a dummy ATT SIM and handled my iPhone so roughly that SIM got stuck in iPhone SIM Tray. I was left without a working mobile due to the store reps carelessness. Store manager asked me to drive 12 miles to Bellevue to fix the SIM tray issue with Apple store (for the problem his store rep created). I use the phone for my work as well, So I had to fix the Tray problem asap in Apple authorized service center in Issaquah and it costed me $37. Finally, after fixing the problem I went back to ATT Issaquah and luckily met Laura, another store rep. Laura was great, very helpful and switched me to ATT without any issues. However the store management did not give any credit for the $37 repair fee I spent due to their mistake. I would "not" recommend this store. Its your luck if you get a good rep like Laura and save your mobile from getting broken.

Just walked in today to purchase several iPhone 8 Plus for my business. Was greeted and told I would be checked in. I sat for several minutes before a man came out with an iPad. I mentioned that I was the first in the store as I saw him walk towards other customers. He actually put his hand up at me and said he would help me in a minute. He then went to the guy who had come long after me and began to help him instead. The other guy mentioned I was first and he didnt listen. I mentioned again that I had not been checked in and he put his hand up in my face. I then sat as he began helping the other customer. I then left the store and called the manager. He explained that it would have been sorted out but I have no faith. These people have no way to know who walked in first on a busy day and every time I sit forever waiting..... This doesnt happen in the Bellevue store.

I visited this store to add a new line to my account. A month later, I found two new recurring charges on my bill: "Multi-Device Protection Pack - Insurance" and "Multi-Device Protection Pack - Support", at $30 + tax per month. The salesperson neither asked for consent, nor in fact mentioned these during the in-store encounter. Had to drive back and request the removal of these "services", yet the salesperson was either unwilling or unable to remove prorated charges for the previous month. The same exact thing happened to me at another AT&T store a couple of years ago, so Im inclined to think that this is a widespread practice, as opposed to an isolated incident. I have submitted a formal complaint to AT&T, the Washington State Attorney General, and the FCC Customer Complaint Center. Hopefully, this predatory practice will come to an end.

I went in to get my bill fixed 2 different times , both times they promised me it had been taken care of and both times I worked with the manager . They overcharged my account by almost 50% back to back bills . Its been 3 months since then and still havent been accredited. I highly advise you not to use this store . Nothing gets done and they just sit around doing nothing . I had to go to a different store to get it all resolved and cancelled my account with AT&T

Awful. Floor sales reps have no idea what theyre talking about. They do know how to sell you on plans but you can learn more from a quick Google search about the devices they sell. Blatant mis-representation of delivery dates by more than one person at the store. Literally think they have no idea what theyre doing. They seem like teenagers playing at being grown ups going to a job.

I it was 9:30 a.m. on a Thursday morning and there was one customer in the store. I know there were four employees on shift and I stood and waited 5 minutes. That doesnt sound long but when theres four employees in the store and two staring at you without assisting you its ridiculous. I pay for good service not slow service. Manager Travis needs to get his S*** together.

I went there because of my iPhone problem. They told me that they have no tool for diagnostics, so have to go to Apple Store. I said I bought it from ATT. The staff insists that this is a Apple phone, and they can do nothing about that.

They greeted me and everyone else as soon as I walked in the door. I loved that they switched out my iPhones problematic SIM card in a snap. Plus, they made sure the voice mail was connected with the new SIM card as well.

Quick and easy. Theyre all savvy, and respectful of device privacy. I never had to unlock my device. They had lots of products and equipment. Great store.
