bought an evo 4g a while back, also bought their phone insurance plan. I eventually dropped my phone cracking the screen. they originally told me the insurance plan would cover anything but when I brought my broken phone in, they told me that the insurance plan only covered 3 cracks in the screen, technically those cracks could only be 1 inch long as well. my phone screen is 4 inches. they said I had to pay 100 dollars to replace it as a deductible, so basically I felt that their insurance plan was a scam. don't get it, because when your phone breaks you still have to pay to replace it. again, not what I was originally told.
service is great around the issaquah area, but no 4g unless you are in bellevue or other large cities.

Spoke with Rodney about a week ago about how to file a claim with my insurance for a phone with a software malfunction. He either lied about the process or is just incompetent, I have been without a phone for more than a week and Sprint keeps trying to have me "upgrade" despite the fact that I paid for insurance for 18 months to cover this problem. Dont buy the insurance, its through a third party and a scam. Actually just dont buy sprint.

Lets face it. Its hard to love your wireless carrier. Ive been a Sprint customer for more than 10 years. Whats the secret? I dont call Customer Care. I go to this store when I have an issue or want to upgrade. They always do a stellar job. theyre knowledgeable. patient, and thorough. The current store manager rocks.

The wait time at the store was significant, which I have come to expect. Sadly after the long wait, I was not successful in completing what I needed. This is due to policy changes by Sprint which do not demonstrate a desire to retain long term customers.
