Helpful staff with incorrect information. pleasant store. Problem is, I was told incorrect information that screwed me over. I was told my phone would be there 3-5 days and it is actually going to take weeks and the way I bought it, tmobile main cant fix it. I spent 4 hours in the store and ended up still with an issue. Hopefully the phone works. If not, Im about ready to switch carriers.

Have been a customer for several years and have good experiences until the past year or so. This store seems to be under new management. Very combative asst. manager , frequently argues with customers.They play really offensive music even with children present. They need to have a corporate visit to this store and make changes.Really bad experience this week.

Walking in to a place where you are not greeted the way you should really sucks!!!worst customer service and very unprofessional staff!!! The fact that they dont care for customers that have been with them over 10 years and they treat you like crap, says nothing good!!! Do not recommend this place unless you love being treated like poop!!

If you enjoy looking at an employees underwear because theyre sagging their pants, and if you like being treated unprofessionally, then this place is for you! Customer service SUCKS and so does their work ethic!

Clean place. Large floor layout inside the store. Fancy pink lighting. Staff are polite and respectful. No problems returning my Galaxy Note 7 due to the recall.
