My HP PC decided not to turn on one day and I had a feeling it was a minor repair, I can do everything from machining to assembly of any car, 4x4 or truck but the farthest I go with a PC is swaping out the drives. I wish I had seen free inspection offered by ClickAway before I got clipped by Central Computer for over $50 that said it was dead and I needed a new computer, but then what do you expect from a place that sells all that stuff. I was a little skeptical of the service because I dont think I saw the same person twice. Come to find out here it really doesnt matter because they are all on the same page, honest, upfront and to the point and really good at what they do. I missed their call and was a little anxious about calling to get the final report about the PC confirming I needed a new one. They said it just needed a power supply and it would run a little over the fee I paid just to find out what was wrong with it at Central. To say the least I was thrilled and as soon as I got my SSA I was there to pick up my PC. They said they also blew out the dust, checked all connections and found everything else was ok and noticed my Hard Drives werent OEM. I will never go anywhere else to have anything computer related fixed again. This place gets a 10 star rating out of 5 with me. Not to bragg but they reminded me of myself, I only did it right or I didnt do it. I suggest you try them, and Ill bet youll write your own positive review.

Stay away from this place! I can only guess that the other reviews here are fake! These people are worse than incompetent: they are dangerous and make me wonder if they are not some kind of front for some other illegal business. Not only did they fail to fix my computers problem, they installed the mellissa virus on my machine which destroyed all of my files. If that wasnt enough, the version of Vista they re-installed on my machine has expired and my license for it wont work because I bought an upgrade from XP--and they cleaned XP off of my hard drive. Now I need to buy a full copy of Vista for $350 if I want my computer back. They NEVER called me when they told me they would. I ALWAYS had to call them if I wanted to hear ANYTHING from them ever again. They had my computer for TWO WEEKS but never actually did ANYTHING until the day before I picked it up. One day I came to the shop (in person, thinking that might help) and they DID NOT EVEN HAVE MY COMPUTER. That same day SOMEBODY ELSE WAS IN THE SHOP AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. That poor soul only needed a memory upgrade. They couldnt find his laptop either. He wondered as I did just what kind of business this was. STAY AWAY. DANGER.

This is not a review for computer repair. If you are headed here thinking its a Verizon store, just a warning: this is not a "Direct" Verizon store. we went in here thinking it is a Verizon store and just wanted to upgrade iPhone, but had to go through a long sales pitch on click away and accessories, and $649.99 phone was billed to us at $700. Calling Verizon customer service, learned that this is an "indirect" verizon store, and that they can put a price they like. Glad we did not pick up the phone, however ended up on hour long customer service call to fix this, which was still worth the effort. The sales guy did not make anything clear for us, we were told we will see "$700" on the receipt but its not actually that price etc.. we felt being lied to our face. Will never visit this store again for Verizon.

I have used the services of Click Away for a few years now at their Los Altos location and have been very happy with Bhims services. From buying new equipment, to transferring files from old system to new, to recovering lost data on crashed systems, to setting up networks, Bhim is my go-to guy. Hes honest, really knowledgeable, fast and reliable. As the owner of a small business, having my computer systems working at full speed is critical, and Click Away helps to make sure that happens. Also being able to respond to both my PC and Apple systems from one service vendor is a huge perk to me. Ive used other big*box computer repair services, and they have always left me not quite whole. Bhim always goes above and beyond to make sure I am set up correctly, regardless of the time or day. Hes just priceless to me!

Bhim Rai is extremely helpful. He helped me out today with a pesky USB flash drive issue. I had created a video .mp4 file using software on the Mac OS, and when I went to view it on my LG LCD TV screen using this USB drive, it had some additional temporary files that were not allowing me to play the video in a continuous loop for a show up in the city. Thanks to Bhim, the problem was solved immediately. He took the USB disk to his Windows 7 computer and was able to delete those hidden files in the USB disk which I was not able to delete in my Mac OS system even though I used the terminal commands to view "hidden" files. Bravo to Bhim Rai! He represents the best in this ClickAway staff. They are always very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The place to GO when youre having IT issues.

My daughters iPhone 5c glass shattered and I went online to find someone who could fix it fast and cheap. I dropped the phone off at the Palo Alto location, but they have their "hub" in Los Altos and it got transfered there. Since I had Find-my-Phone activated they needed me to deactivate it to proceed. I thought I did but didnt but we managed to sort everything out and was even abel to pick it up in Los Altos (it was closer to me than the Palo Alto location). The guys were super helpful, very respectful and as a bonus it was cheap.

took my iphone 6 in to be fixed as the screen had broke and the phone itself got covered in static, varying colors, and parts just didnt work at all. came in the next day to pick it up to find out they hadnt done anything because there was small evidence of water damage, and when i got it back my phone case and sim card were not in or on the device. havent received any calls, emails or texts about how they couldnt fix it or about the fact that they still have my phone case and sim card. would not reccomend.

They were able to retrieve the data, but the PROBLEM is about this guy "Giovanni" 1) Misquoted me for $144 and then AFTER it was fixed he said there were additional cost and bumped up to $228. 2) Had No intention to give back my water damaged Iphone 5 ( He kept saying it was useless now) 3) The guy left after confirming that he is waiting for me. I got 5 minutes late in traffic and he closed the shop, didnt even bother to tell me.I drove like 20 miles to get there.

Awful services. Needed to repair they keyboard in my laptop. Not only they didnt answer my emails, they installed software in my computer without my permissions, and they never repaired the laptop. They also wanted to charge me 100$ for a keyboard they ordered from Amazon, but that I found in Amazon for 30$. After 10 days waiting for the replacement to arrive, I just picked up my laptop and left. The replacement keyboard never arrived, and I doubt they ever ordered it.
