Approximately five months ago my wife and I went to this store to purchase an IPhone 6. We were told by the sales representative that there was a "special two for one offer for the I Phone 6". We had only intended to purchase one phone, but decided to purchase a 2nd one since this seemed like a great deal. While we were there, we were also asked if we would like to take advantage of an opportunity to subscribe to an infinity offer of connecting our TV, land line and computer network to a faster and less expensive monthly bill. This offer was called "Triple Play." Sounded like a good deal, and we accepted this offer too The Sales Representative said there would be no problems applying for the two for one deal and he would submit our claim for the compensation rebate ($650) for us. After about two months, we did not see the rebate come thru, so I called. The salesman said it takes about 2 billing cycles, so we waited longer. I went to see the Mgr, as we have yet to receive any rebate as of this date. The Mgr refused to acknowledge my complaint and said it was now between Verizon and me, not the stores responsibility! But by calling Verizon, they told me that the rebate offer thru Apple has expired. I purchased the phone on their promise to take care of the rebate, and now the Mgr refuses to take responsibility. I am not happy with his refusal to accept what was promised by his Sales Representative (who is no longer employed there). Now that I have purchased our phones and added an additional expense of the Triple Play, this store will not acknowledge what they promised me!I I have never been treated so badly! I will not endorse this store as reputable! A. Oda

I preordered an Iphone from this company who was supposed to deliver it to my office. The Verizon store had it delivered instead to the Danville store while I was on vacation. I returned 2 weeks after it was delivered to the store only to find out that the store HAD SOLD MY IPHONE despite my financing agreement. They then tried to sell me "the same iphone in a different color". I signed the documents for the iphone only to learn that it had 70 or so gigabytes of data, instead of the 256 gigabytes of data which IS WHAT I PAID for. I immediately, without even having left the store, returned the iphone. After this, I went to the Corporate verizon store in Walnut Creek to order the Iphone I wanted. The Walnut Creek Store discovered that the Danville store did not return the iphone in the system and therefore I could not get my upgrade back until they did so. IT HAS NOW BEEN 8 days and the Danville Store has not properly refunded me for the iphone I returned. THIS IS FRAUD. The Walnut Creek Manager is advocating for me and has contacted the Danville Store chains regional manager on this issue. 8 Days and no return has posted. This store is a scam and I strongly recommend everyone to go elsewhere.

It was really hard to get a straight answer. My wife and I went and kept getting different answers about costs and services every time we asked. I think the pricing scheme is too confusing for the sales staff.

The manager had helped us and was very polite. He gave us a great deal and he stayed overtime to help out our family. Very good customer service too.

Extremely pushy staff (more than the average salesman). Busted up glass/ not well kept. But I cant complain about the Verizon network as a whole.
