The only business in the area to actually answer the phone the first time I called (based on advertised business hours). I needed to get my Galaxy S3 glass and display replaced, as Id dropped my phone the previous night. They checked to ensure they had the correct parts in stock (over the phone), and did the repair whilst I waited. It took a little longer than estimated (just over 1hr), and the base of the screen didnt perfectly line up with the new mounting, but I was more than happy with the significant discount offered to compensate for this. Keep in mind my screen was so badly damaged that the display underneath didnt work either -- the phone was unusable before repair. ♣♣ MD Wireless has a shopfront and their line of business is explicitly dealing with the repair of cellular phones and tablets. Call first - they will likely have the parts needed for the most popular phones enabling a same-day repair. ♣♣ There are some basic seats and a small waiting area, along with ample free parking out-front. It seems that most customers who wanted to wait just went and had a coffee at the nearby coffee shop, but I took my computer knowing that I wanted to wait, and they let me use their WiFi. ♣♣ Repair Samsung Galaxys and iPhones amongst others. ♣♣ Overall, very friendly, and reasonably prices. (Prices consistent with other stores that I had called and requested a quote from, but that didnt have parts in stock). Id visit again if I needed a cellular repair.

They replaced my Galaxy 6 screen with a used part pulled from another phone without telling me. It had dead pixels in the middle of the screen. When I called and told them about the issue, they told me it was probably just a software setting that I should fix on my own. I brought it in to show them, and then they agreed they will replace it with a new part. They ordered a new screen (no frame), put it on my old frame, but there was dark patch in the corner of the screen when they gave it back to me and the home button was broken. I took it back for more fixes, they fixed the home button, but said there was nothing they could do about the dark patch in the corner. I asked if they could just tell the manufacturer it was a defective part, but they said "the manufacturer would just say we should have tested it before we used the part." I wonder why they didnt do that. They blamed me for it, saying I must have dropped it. I didnt. It was either a defective replacement part, or they damaged the LCD while replacing it.

The owner was quite rude when I was politely asked if they can rush my repair due to my schedule. The answer I got was " Do you think you can cut the line in anywhere else?" As a customer I dont appreciate to be treated that way as I was just asking if they will be able to rush the order. They charged $170 for a iPhone 7 screen replace and the iPhone starting have all sorts of problems. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

20 something year old male that works there charged me 45 dollars to try and get my iPhone from being stuck on the apple icon loading screen. He said there was nothing he could do its not fixable. I took it to the fix that mac repair store in concord and they just updated it for free.

one of the greats place i be in a long time they know how to take care of the customer and they always are smiling thats really important. if anybody has a phone problem come here and they will get the job done hands down ill be come back here for many years to come.

This company is great. In a pinch they have always been available for me and fixed broken power buttons, cracked screens, and sold me adapters that I couldnt find elsewhere. I definitely recommend them

$100 to fix the screen on my metro zmax pro when metro sells them new for $99 everywhere!!!!!! Then he hangs up. Awesome customer service. Im sure to tell my friends not to go here.
