Apparently you have to be white or look rich to go in this store location.I walked in an everyone was greeted except me, in a non crowded store. (More reps than customers) I didnt let that bother me as much as being ignored the entire time. I walked around the entire 900ft square store to see if anyone would help me or asked if i needed any help. One by one another customer walks and is greeted or helped. After 10min i just walked out. When a customer spends his or her money in a store, does the customer have to go out of their way to be noticed? Ill bever go back to this store.

Staff at SAN RAFAEL store were great, super friendly but this corporation is lame and really still does not care about its customers. Hard to find a phone contact and just got a brand new phone from Att and the the voice mail doesnt work. I took back the next day and they wanted to change me $35 for THEIR BROKEN phone. What about the inconvenience and the 2 hours I spent trying to get this issue resolved with a new phone??? OR you can send the phone away and in ONE MONTH......they will repair. Idiots! GREAT customer service. Thanks for nothing.....

manager Clio is the worst and clearly has no idea what good customer service is. Every time i went to this location she managed to surprise me in a bad way. It took them an hour to provide us with a simple sim card! There was no problem with the phone or anything, the people who works there are just very very slow, dont care about your time or if there are other people waiting for service. Will not recomend this location.

Cataclysmic failure!! Mustafa in the Walnut Creek store was great initially, but really let me down when it came time for renewing my contract. I tried to set up an appointment with him, he did not respond to my texts/voice mail about renewing the annual contract, as a result ATT shut off my internet and TV accounts. Unsatisfactory!

Nice store. Some of the new hires arent fully trained. They seemed confused about a recent order and where to find it. In the end they helped me out and got it all take care of.
