The lady who is in charge of this store is rude. This is the closest location to me or else I world avoid it. She always has a chip on her shoulder. I just bought a phone and she kept coughing in both of her hands and had a pink eye then touched my phone without cleaning her hands. I also got stuck with her when I bought my previous phone and she was rude and unhelpful.

FRAUD and SCAM. This shop charged me $30 in some fees that they could not provide documental explanation for. Been there 3 times for refund, been told to come back later when manager is there. Stay away.

Charged me $15 instead of $10 for SIM card then charged $15 for activation fee which another MetroPCS said was not necessary.
