DO NOT use the fremont location. I dropped my Blackberry 9700 off a month ago. The guy there told me he would give me a good deal. Yeah, okay he gave me a good deal but he takes a month to fix my phone. He didnt even tell me a price right away. They dont call you back AT ALL. I am very irritated with this place and it is the last time I am going to bring my phone to that location. I heard the San Jose one is more reliable. So as Ive said DO NOT bring your phone to this location unless you want to worry about your expensive phone for a month with no clue on what the status of it is.

So literally all I needed them to do was screw in a couple of screws so that my Moto X Pure could function. They were very rude and said basically that they dont want to take on liability. Also a couple of months ago I gave them my One Plus One. 4 weeks later we called and they said the part wasnt even there yet. Terrible store.

l walked into the store with a completely cracked iphone screen and got it fixed in less than 20 min.The service was quality, fast and informative. The owner(john i believe) is very great, AJ with a warm welcome gave me lot information.overall i had a great experience i would defiantly go back there in future.

Best repair place. I broke my screen on iPhone 6S and I got my phone fixed at a best price. They explained me everything about what they are going to do to fix my phone and did the same exact thing on my phone, reliable people with excellent customer service. Would refer them to my friends.

I have an iPhone 7+, dropped it broke the screen costed $280. Got it fixed the following week the digitizer started malfunctioning costed another $250. A week later the screen is still malfunctioning. If you want a quality repair do not come here. They just want your money

Literally ruined my $650 phone. Lied about their ability, the owner is very unprofessional and dishonest. IMHO...One of the worst businesses in Fremont Ca. If youve ever been to Fremont you know that is saying a lot.

Took my iPhone 7 screen to be replaced only to discover the part they used was defective giving me a hazy unclear tint. Had to go back and get another replacement. Definitely not factory quality or close to it.
