1. ATT sucks over all. It has grown too big to be controlled. Anytime you meet with someone, he or she gonna screw up you account in one way or the other. Majority of ATT customer service representative lack their domain knowledge. I think they are not allowed to own the thing and told to follow instructions a Big Guy, sitting in Hawaii or something. 2. This store... I go there because it near. worked with different people on different issues. They portray as if owning your own device is a crime, like they treat outsiders. One Lady (C*) doesnt even know how to insert a SIM card, and what are symptoms of a missing SIM card but it is easy to blame the device. And the manager (N*****tt, I guess), doesnt verify what her assistant is doing. I wasted 2 hours of my precious evening time with a "smart lady" who just taught me how NOT to insert the SIM. 3. Next time google it. They have better tech support. 4. One * is for the lady who know the stuff or she knows how to find it and she knows how to talk and treat her customers, Much appreciate that.

restocking fee of $45 for a gophone went to att store to purchase a go phone for my son. asked sales person if my son didnt want an android phone, if we could return it. she said yes. there might be a restocking charge if phone is opened. ok. thought restocking charge would be 10%. wife opened the phone up in the store to make sure it was right phone. took it home. son didnt want it. he likes the windows phone, not android. saw on the box, $45 restocking fee. I went ahead and returned the go phone, even with the $45 restocking fee. thank goodness I didnt buy a $30 go phone. I would have had to pay the store $15 to take it back paying $70 for a gophone and then being stuck with $45 restocking fee doesnt feel right to me. the sales person should have let us know the exact restocking fee charge instead of being vague on it. If we had known, we would never have bought the phone, or brought our son to store to make sure he wanted it.

Bad service all together. From day one I keep losing signal. Resetting on a daily. Only had a month and its the same old instructions when I call tech support. Service is crap. DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE. They will lock you in on a contract for a year for poor service. If you cancel they will mess up your credit report. Also, Channels we are suppose to get we dont. Called At&t and said they are working with the channel network on a agreement. Rip off. Paying almost $150 a month for u verse tv and internet. Customer service will leave you on hold or simply hang up on you if its a hour or less toward their get off time. Same results on live chat too. Even the guy that came out and hooked everything up lied and gave his and his manager phone number to call if we have any problems within the first month well we did and they never returned any of our calls. Very disappointed.

I been trying to contact the store where I purchase my phones and no one answer, this is the worse company I ever try to contact by phone. If I have to drive to ask a simple question, it is not good. This is my firths contract with att and probably is going to be my last one. This company show that you can watch TV anywhere, and that is not true, all my friends with other company they are doing better and chipper. My question is the Galaxy S5 it is open for international calls, if I can insert a chip so I can used the phone in other country.

I totally do not recommend this AT&T. If you go to the one on market street in SF they will do anything for you because they know how important is to have a satisfied customer. While as this one, Very bad customer service, came twice. The first sales rep was focused on the 49ers game instead of helping me and the second one told me something totally different to the first. No consistency. Additionally, the so called "authorized user" is a joke because he cant do anything without the account holder being present. Very very disappointed.

These people suck.... Make us fool... they offered me 24mbps home internet for 40 bucks a month.... after getting installed they say that plan is for 62+ bucks a month.... They are worst people in the world making us fool everyday.... I am gonna cancel the connection right away..... Never get any services from att.. NEVER RECOMMEND ATT TO ANY FRIEND.... AND ALSO THE MAN CAME FOR THE INSTALLATION STEPPED ON MY PLASTIC CHAIR AND BROKE IT INTO 2.... MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IS HELL BAD WITH THIS CO.... HATE ATT...

This is the worst store I ever visit. Several sales representitive are chatting on the back, only a few are working and there is a long waiting line. The store manager need to be restrained. Understand that you want to have the store looks busy, but you should focus on the customer satisfaction. You are disappointing the customer by make you look good.

Not good ... this store is advertised to serve both home phone/internet and mobility but the guy I talked to knew absolutely nothing about internet service. He did not know what a static IP address was. After I explained my problem with my AT&T internet service, he basically told me that AT&T could not help. Hello Comcast.

This location doe send up having a large wait time, which is why Im rating it at 3. However, each worker there has been extremely kind to my father as English is his second language. They do try to explain things to him as simply as possible. I just wish that they would have more people on staff during peak visiting times.
