Brought in a phone that had a black screen. The guy ended up damaging a perfectly good screen and a home button. He was suppose to fix it and give back the way I have it to him but after giving me the run around for a month and coming back to the store every week I was supposed to pick it up yesterday at the San leandro office. I go into the store and they said its at the Hayward store for some reason. Jackie went to go get it and she was suppose to call me when she was back at the San leandro office. I notice that it was almost closing time so I called the office and Jackie answered. She wasnt going to call me, she was going to make me come back the next day. So I ran down there before they closed to find out they didnt fix anything!!! They asked me if I wanted to go get it myself. I was very mad at the professionalism the store has. I never once got a sorry. They dont care about the customers and they lie!! I will never deal with them again!!

they contacted me and are trying to rectify the problem. We will see if they fix my phone So I returned the phone and was told my bill would be corrected taking the phone off and restoring my bill back to what it was and refunding me what I paid for it. A month has gone by and guess what? My bill came and it still is charging me for a phone I no longer have. I have called repeatedly and been told they fixed it and that they would send me a "screenshot" showing it is being corrected, but their computer is allegedly down every time I call or Arnaldo was not there when I went in. A week has gone by, still nothing from them and when I check with verison no changes on my bill. I thought it was going to be fixed, they seemed nice enough, but now I am being charged for a phone I dont even have anymore. Sorry, but I cannot honestly recommend them.

They not only sell new Verizon phones and tablets, but also offer full service and repair for all phones and tablets (not just Verizon). They also have a full service computer repair center with Apple Certified repair as well as PC, Android etc......They always have the lowest prices and the best customer service in the East Bay. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Definitely not one of the nicer Verizon stores. Sales staff was a little pushy probably use to clientele who dont know what they want (I explained to them that I wanted a specific phone because it had a specific feature and they kept trying to upsale me other phones which dont have that feature). Ultimately the staff did help me with what I wanted. Over all Ive seen worse, but Ive definitely seen better.

To fix my camera on a note 4 is almost 100 bucks that is crazy y is it so expensive it should not be that expensive it should cost like 40 bucks to fix it since us verzion customer pay alot on the bills for years I think its not right at all I can go somewhere else and pay like 20 bucks to fix it man i dont k ow what I am going to do

The staff in this verizon store were polite, fast and took the time to explain my new iPhone. I hate reading manuals so they spent the time to show me the phone features and let me practice and answered my many, many questions. Great location of this clickaway across from Bevmo.
