Bought a brand new phone here and was charged to get it replaced within 1 month because it was defective. Same phone, different problem. Phones purchased here suck and are really slow. Staff ordered me a new phone and didnt even activate it correctly. Had to call customer service later for help when I found out I couldnt call out!! Prices are right for the crappy service you get at metro.

Brought my mother in to purchase a new phone recently and both Berto and Ingrid were absolutely great! They were patient with my mom in explaining her options and assisting her in transitioning to her new Metropcs phone. Berto was even able to transfer all her pics and contacts, which was very important to my mom. Kudos to Metro!!!

The employees and management are extremely rude, I was treated like I didnt matter, the first thing I was asked "do you need to make a payment?" That is not the first question that should be asked, "hello can I (we) help with anything?"

When you call this place all you get is a recording, you dont even have the option to speak to a real person. Then I called customer service, and had to go through 5 minutes of recordings just to reach an operator. Very inconvenient.

This place sucks the employees are always texting and never help! I wish I could work here and get paid for doing nothing. Hate this place! THey give me headaches. Just go to any other metro besides this elmire one!

If you buy a phone and decided you want a refund or a exchange they wont let you unless you have a new line. I hate cheap places like this.
