Took my GS4 in to replace cracked screen. The first screen burned out my LCD so, screen went black. I was told that sometimes the glue used does that WTH?!. The second screen does not work properly. Cant answer my phone after many swipes, screen freezes when texting, when letters such as the n,i,k &l key are tapped I usually get six each ex: annnnnnnnnnnnnnd. There are also floating bubbles when screen tapped. When I took my phone back for what would be a third screen, I was told that they did have a bad batch of screens so they would replace no problem. I wasnt able to leave my phone that day and when I returned a couple of days later was told by the manager that they never have bad screens and he was not able to repeat any of the problems that I said was happening. I know that he didnt even look at it because when I picked it up that afternoon the paperwork attached to my phone was blank and the employee had to ask him what was done. I have to buy a new phone just wish I wouldve done that before throwing away $90.

i sent them my galaxy s6 edge to fix and they said they would have it done in 1 day. they call me when it was supposed to be done just to say that they have to order a new part which takes 2 to 7 business days and i ask if i could have my phone until them they said no because they already took off the glass screen. what kind of phone repair place starts to if it without proper materials. if i could i would give it less than 1 star

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Was told one price and that they had screen in stock. Drove 30 miles to get there only to be told that it will be $50 more than I was told and they didnt have it in stock and it would take 3-5 days to get it. Absolute BS. I will never go back. With more 1 star ratings than any other, I should have known better. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Good experience! Even though they didnt get it right the first time, Im still going to give this place a thumbs up because they accepted their mistake and did what needed to be done to get it right. Its easy to work with a company with things are going well but you REALLY get to know a company by how they respond when something isnt right. Ill work with this shop again.

Wanted $400 to replace an iPhone 6 Plus screen. Why? Because "iPhones cost $1,000" says the oxygen thief. SERIOUSLY?! We paid less than $400 for the whole phone BRAND NEW. Have fun shutting your business down soon!

These guys wanted 249 to replace my phone screen... i can send in my phone and get a new one for 170, and still keep all my pics, contacts, and apps... i wish i could give less than 1 star.
