The Cricket service is great but the people that run the Cricket stores in WA mistreat their employees and try to get away without paying them the wage agreed upon or not at all or promising management positions and then get told the opposite after seemingly already receiving managerial duties as personally seen by myself and others that worked for My Spot Wireless, the owners of authorized retail Cricket stores. Do not shop for Cricket merchandise at these stores owned and operated by My Spot Wireless if you have any respect for the hard working underdogs that man the stores for the crooks behind the curtains.

Not often I give such a glowing and positive review for a wireless business. Every gal working in this location are such sweethearts, very warm and inviting not to mention most important very knowledgeable in what they sell. Its about happy customers and proper phone and plans for them over anything else. I highly recommend this store for your wireless needs. Out of anyone Kali rocks if you happen to get her when you come in, but they all rock no matter who is working.
