I have never been treated more rudely as a customer than I have here. I strongly suggest you take the extra time to drive to Everett where the customer service is excellent. Here is what happened to me: I just got my phone 2 months ago, no insurance and i got it at Radioshack because it was cheaper. 5 days ago it shut off, mid day with the battery so drained it wouldnt even turn on. Since that day my phone has only held a charge for 1/3 of the time it used to. I explained this to the guy working there and he went on to tell me all the things I must have done wrong to have this happen, he even told me to shut up and listen to him as I was trying to tell him its a common issue on my phone and its all over the internet. I didnt drop my phone, get it wet, it is in perfect physical condition. After he was completely rude to me I made the drive to Everett, where they guy that helped me listened to my story and then ordered up a new battery for my phone.

I only wish there was an option for less than one star. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR MONEY. The PUNK they call the manager "V" is just that. A disrespectful, child who has long forgotten he is in a service industry where customers should come first. After wasting over 2 hours for him to do ANYTHING to solve my phone problem I gave up, came home and called the Sprint customer service rep and within 10 minutes my problem was solved. I went to the Woodinville store and was treated with dignity and care. I was made to feel as though I was valued as a customer and ended up buying a new phone and plan through them. I will go back to Woodinville store for any needs related to Sprint service in the future. Honestly? This is not even a slight exaggeration. this was the worst customer service imaginable. The kid argued with me, made snotty remarks, and on top of all this they only carried maybe 8 phones in the whole filthy "showroom"

If you like waiting 20 minutes and not being acknowledged by staff, this is your store. Go to Amazon or Costco, youll probably get a better price anyways.
