Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I originally went in to get a simple part installed, I was told it would only take 2-3 hours. I received a call 3 hours later saying they had cracked the windshield. The gentleman I spoke to was not in the least bit happy to help. He said hed have a manager call me first thing next morning. I never received a call, I was stuck without a car and could not go anywhere. We then had to physical go in and they told us we need to wait and be patient. After much convincing we managed to get a rental car, they said theyd give us a call once the car is ready. Never received a call. When we then went to call back we spoke to a lady who was so terribly rude. She then called the second number on the contract and was rude to her as well. We are on the 4th day in. I then had to call multiple times on the 5th day and was told "We will tell the manager, and get him to give you a call back". I never received a call back. I finally got a hold of the manager and he told me that the car had been ready and he told someone to call me. I never received a call. I had to contact them my self again. We then went to pick up the car, once we walked out to the car the part was not installed, and the glass was not "dry". Long story short, it was one of the worst experiences. The customer services was horrible, and all they could say was "sorry". I received no partial refund, or any compensation. I do not recommend this Car Toys at all.

Omg!! Amazing customer service. Let me start with Mario who went out of his way to make sure I got my appointment in on short noticed and promised me Id have my subs and amp installed in my fiance car for her birthday present.before I had to pick her up from the train at 9:52. So then John helpped me with the sale and got me a great deal for all I was asking. Now the one guy that topped it all off was Warren the technician. He knew about my time frame and gave me the run down . It was expected to be done by 9:15. Warren got it done at 8:45pm. They even started 30min late and Warren still got it done before expected. Thanks to this team I will always have them work on my car I couldnt be more satisfied and my fiance loved the new system so thank you car toys but really thank you John, Mario, and Warren!!

I have only called for some Advice on my broken car stereo and these guys were so friendly and so helpful to provide me with as much information as they had and could recommend.. Really in my opinion above and beyond what they had to do over a phone call that didnt necessarily warrant my new business as a customer.. I can assure you I will definitely look for a reason now to give them my business in the near future... what a nice group of guys...

Thank you Mario and team. I love the knowledge of everyone here when looking to upgrade my vehicle. There are so many options and the technicians are super fun to bounce ideas off of. My install did not disappoint!!! So happy with my new sound!!! They were even able to add onto my factory head unit which I was worried about losing my navigation, but no worries here. Thank you Team Issaquah!!!!

Bought a $15 auxiliary cord which is already unnecessarily expensive but I figured it would be good quality. After 3 months it started falling apart. The sound became unclear and stopped picking up my phone once connected. I went into to exchange a faulty product and the manager refused. Tried to support a local business but next time Ill just go to amazon.

All of the sales people at this store are completely worthless. Management was more worthless when I complained. The "team" set up my accounts inaccurately, and I had nothing but problems with them. Between no customer service, no awarenss of their products, and poor execution of their actual sales, the only thing this place provides is migraines.

DONT SPEND A DIME HEAR. This place is awful 150 dollars for simple speaker install. There sales people are awful they dont give good options only what will look good for commission. you better off ordering from amazon and spending the extra 200 for installs on better products and installing them your self. DO not recommend this place.

ok service. they bagged up all the stuff in the car when we gave it for interior detailing with scant regard for the items. my sunglasses was thrown in the same bag as a dozen others including water bottles and could have easily gotten spoilt. had to throw a few items which got wet due to the bottle leaking. not using them again.

I went there to trying to improve my BMW 5 series audio performance. Both John and Ben was was very helpful to find the best solution for my car. The customer service from both of them was awesome, not to mention the extensive knowledge that Ben has. A very good experience and will recommend my friend to use their services.

Thank you John and Ryan for all of your help!!! We went in to get our cars outfitted and change phone carriers. This was a long and harrowing process. John helped us over the course of two visits and while we were waiting Ryan helped me learn about my new VR Gear. We love this CarToys store and we will be back!

Someone bought me a stereo and I stupidly bought the speakers they also told me to get for my truck and now I need to buy a amp and I only have two working speakers. Never ever go here, the new stereo only works half the time and I dont have working rear speakers. This car toys straight up rips people off

They guys there went above and beyond to make everything work in my truck. They updated my software and got online to trouble shoot all the issues they ran into installing bluetooth, subs, gps, amps and speakers. Great, nice and understanding guys that try very hard to do everything right.
