My wife dropped her Galaxy S7 and shattered the glass. Found this place online and from the reviews I thought we should give it a try. Jeanie checked the phone, told us what we needed, gave us some options and figured out the best way to go. An hour later I got a call that the phone was ready. When we got back to the shop the phone was ready--repaired,checked out, and at the exact price she quoted when we left it. One third the cost of a new phone, and cheaper than a used replacement on ebay or anywhere else I could find. Great customer care and a lifetime guarantee of their work. Their website tells it all and its straight on.

I love having a smartphone repair shop close by in Issaquah. I brought my Samsung S7 smartphone in to have the cracked front glass replaced and they did it while I waited in 15 minutes. Very efficient, and they have excellent prices compared to other shops in the area. High quality work, and they have the proper equipment to handle Samsung and Apple phones. They offer lifetime warranty on their parts and labor. Staff was friendly and really tried their best to have my phone repaired quickly. Ill definitely return to this shop if I need to have any of my familys Apple or Samsung devices repaired for a cracked screen.

I bought a Galaxy S7 from a friend around noon yesterday, and by 5pm I already broke the phone. I forced my SIM card so far into the slot that you couldnt see it with a high powered light and magnifying glass. I went to the repair shop thinking i broke the phone; but it was worth a shot. Not only did David get my SIM card out for FREE, he got the back off without cracking it, provided excellent service, and got me out of there within the hour. If I ever have any other phone issues, I know exactly where Im going!

Dont take this as a bad review on the people up in Redmond; theyre top notch. I had a phone charging port repaired at this location, and after just a month a screw managed to find its way out, wedging between my screen and the rest of the phone, breaking the screen. I was told that the repairman had been fired, but the Redmond location was the one that fixed mine for free. Highly recommend them, not so much this location.
