Tried to get me to spend more money than I needed to. I needed to switch phones and wanted to use the same sim card, but they said the sim card I had was no longer usable so Id have to either buy a new sim card on top of paying the $15 fee to switch phones, or Id have to buy a new phone. Went to another store and they were able to switch phones using the sim card I had. Sucks cause this store is in a very convenient location for me.
