I had a broken screen replaced on my mobile phone. First they tried to charge me $150 for a new part, then offered to do it for $45 using a "refurbished part" (how do you "refurbish a piece of glass?) I took them up on their offer and ended up with a screen that didnt work even as well as the broken one. After I complained they said theyd "call their corporate office" and get back to me. The never called me back, and I had to replace the phone. Needless to say I bought one somewhere else. If you dont enjoy: -surly and dismissive customer service -overpriced merchandise and repair work -poor selection of phones and equipment -incompetent technical staff then you should try shopping someplace else.

The worst customer service from not only the owner but the fast Latino girl, the white guy and the Ex drug user are nice. My phone has been messing up since day one and I tired to get a exchange but he told no. My phone chargers real slow and it freezes alot . This store needs to be shut down I just found out that the people that hang around it steals electronics and sell it to him. If you house was robbed near there go check for you items

Fast and knowledgeable....BUT...sometimes they close early....called a few times on a Sunday when they are supposed to be open...so dont go by ANYTHING that gives there hours of operation...call first to make sure they are open...other than that its a great place if ur looking for discounts on cell crap...or if u just wanna pay ur bill.

was trying to get a cheap used phone for $50 without any accessories, and I already got such a phone earlier + extended battery + charger + 4GB SD card + earphones w/ built in mic + USB cable for $70. The employee said bad words though. I suggest the guy would take the IQ test and get back to school to take some grammar classes.

This place sucks. Waiting 3 hours just to get new screen put on for my iphone. The manager said "it will only take 10minutes". The service sucks youll be in line then they will help the person standing behind you because theres are simpilar. So Stupid. I Dont Recommend Anyone To Come
