Eh. Friend and I went in to upgrade her from a Galaxy S5 to a S7. They tried to tell her that her aged and beaten S5 was a better phone just because it had more megapixels on the camera. I get that salesmen are not product enthusiasts and that they dont need to know every little thing about a product, but given that the S7 is marketed as heavily as it is based on things like the camera, the salesman should at least know something about the product theyre selling.

They sold me a phone that does not work, the serial number does not match with the box of the phone. They do not want to exchange me to another and they dont want return my money. I am very upset at them. Why deceive people, this is not true test. This phone they sold me, you can throw in the trash. Manuel who works there, he can not solve the problem and help the customer, he is a bad manager and was very rude to me.

Im not sure how this store makes any money. Every time I go there to buy a new phone theyre sold out. I end up going to Frys next door and they always have what I need.
