Im leaving 1 star because they did have the battery i was looking for in stock. Thats the only almost good news. First, i had called before ordering the battery to ask if the batteries - Vespa battery in this case - are charged already. Tom said they are all about 80% charged. After ordering the battery, i received an email saying the battery was ready for pickup. Upon arriving to pick up the battery, the charge was about 30%. Not good. Tom asked me to return in 45 min and it will be charged and ready to go. Upon returning after 45 min, the battery was only at 50%. So that was a waste of time! Ultimately, i returned after 3 hours, at closing and the battery was charged. That sucked! To top it off, the battery almost fit in my Vespa. So batteries plus bulbs will be getting that battery back .. right along with a crappy review!

Arrived day after online order with confirmation email that the order was ready including the order number but that apparently wasnt enough. Unfortunately, someone who just had a tooth-extraction was waiting for me otherwise wouldnt have felt so imposed upon -- but then whats the use of online ordering if it takes 20 minutes to find the order? Suggest BPB review either its computer system or better train staff to use existing. Why isnt staff able to search by ORDER NUMBER as is included in email?

EXCELLENT experience with the Pleasant Hill store. They had my online battery order ready for pick up when I stopped by the store. Also, the young man who handled my order was nice enough to open and change out my car remote battery without charge. Months ago, I had bought a replacement battery, but couldnt change it out. I had trouble opening the remote because of arthritis in my fingers and the screw was so small and rusted. Great customer service. Thank you!!!

Ordering with you was awesome. You had descriptions that enabled me to have confidence in what I was buying. I ordered at 11pm. I received an email at noon the next day and had my battery by that afternoon with no hassles. Not only that, but the price was significantly less expensive than the competitor who would have taken over a week to get to me! All that and the product works flawlessly. Thanks!! This place is the best! Walked in, guy behind the counter greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. There was no hassle or run around. Guy was very knowledgeable about what I needed for a camera charger and battery. Even helped my husband with a random question so we will definitely be back. I ordered on line for in store pick up of six (6) eight volt golf cart batteries. As soon as I hit enter on my order within minutes I got an update that the batteries could be picked up at my local store. The clerk was very courteous and loaded the 320 + pounds worth of batteries in my car.
