FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD please be careful!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a iPhone 7 plus with trading in my old iPhone 6 plus during the last year huge promotion time around September. We were been told we should get our credit back after a few months waiting, however it never happened. Then we went to a ATT corporate store recently. We found some suspicious points. Here is the story: The ATT corporate store said we should return the old phone to a store, however the sale rep of this Store who is STELLA X who insisted to let us mail the old phone back. The ATT corporate store rep said they never ask the customer to mail the phone back. So it looks like the stuff of this store is doing some kind of fraud to the customer and I suspect they just keep the old phone we mail back, since the ATT never actually received the phone. Im filing a complaint to BBB for this store. Never go to this location again and I wont trust any ATT authorize retailer any more.

This is the worst possible place for getting any information on mobile phones. I was there for 20 minutes standing in front of the two customer service reps, who continues to ignore me completely because they were dealing with two others. I expect a common courtesy of acknowledging the presence of new customer, with another service rep, who just came outside, ignored us completely and went out for a smoke, and came back and continued to go back to the back office. How rude! ATnT at its worst!
