Sucky half the time, and plain Terrible the rest. The attitude of the workers here suck since they moved from across saratoga ave. They used to know their bussiness and be freindly & helpful.... Now they only care about making the sale and their commission. I was in there recently buying new phone to replace my wife that got broken. I ask a few questions but the answers i got were wrong . Guy didnt even know correct info in regards to a product hes selling. What a bunch of airhead kids they got working there, with all the trendy gadgets to play with, employees flying drones around store, playing the gang rap music with offensive antiwhitefolk lyrics.... Yet every customer in there was white and i heard at least one other customer complain because their lil kids had to hear that crap. Real sucky store now; and thats their big San Jose store, head store? Yea... I wont be going back in there again. Ive already ditched AT&T for their substandard service. Verizon after close to ten years.... I see a switch on the horizon. I called ahead of time to ask for availability of the note 7. I was told they have it in Stock. I went to the store right away told the guy in the front signing ppl in, that I want the note 7. Makes me wait for fourty minutes to see sales representative. I tell representative I want note 7 she tells me theyre out. I see the guy in the front and tell u I told u I wanted note 7 he says no u didnt. I tell him yes I did. He says no and is arguing with me. This is not the worst bad experience Ive had. If you dont want to waste your time then dont goto this store. The employees are rude and have no manners whatsoever. Wasted my time for nothing. Time is money. But a worker working at such a job wouldnt understand that.

Ive had mixed experience at this store. The good: after buying phone and accessory, I had difficulty with the accessory. The Verizon team, especially Nick, was really helpful and hooked me up with a new accessory that completely solved my problem. Thanks, Nick! The not so good: Went in for a new phone. Wasnt greeted. Asked a question about the payment plan and was told that "theres nothing to it". Luckily, I already knew what I was going to choose regarding the plan, so I was only a little upset about not having all the info I wanted. However, if I needed the info to make my decision, Im not sure I would have gotten it.

The guy with the glasses doesnt know what he is doing. He is always there on his phone and should be fired. You can do more research about phones and the appliances by visiting Google or Amazon. Go to any other Verizon store!!

Pathetic place. Repeatedly asked for insurance to be placed on the new phone that I purchase. The goofball kid who sold me the phone forget and never did it. I will never purchase anything at this store again.

The Asian guy at the entrance supposedly helping the new customers is clueless with an attitude. Needed a new phone but after interacting with this guy will be taking my business somewhere else.
