When I walked into this beautiful store I was greeted with warmest welcome I have ever experienced in a retail store. Their caring vibe was felt throughout the store. Though I was waiting to be helped I did notice that every single sales rep were paying their customers the utmost attention. You can feel it in this store, every single person is happy to be there. When I was helped their staff made me feel at home, and they didnt try to force me to buy anything. The experience truly felt like I was being helped by a more tech-savy friend. If you are in the area Id highly recommend coming into this store to get a new phone, fix any issues with your bill or to pick up any accessories. Their service is what made them "My Go-To T-mobile Store" Thank you guys!

My husband and I came in to get new phones and plans. Simon helped us find the right plan for us and was so informative. He gave us the best customer service Ive ever received with a mobile phone carrier. Not only was Simon above and beyond, his store Manager Rick was also very personable and gave us some good information about international calls since my husband is from the UK. Edith was training with Simon and she was equally fantastic! People here are friendly and they wont push unnecessary products on you. I was provided with several option and left to decide myself. I really applaud their professionalism and customer service. It left a lasting impression.

5 star customer service! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager, Rick, made my experience 5 star, went above and beyond my expectations. Ive been with T Mobile for a little over a year now (came from Verizon) and highly recommend! Cant wait to come back to this store!

This store was so cool to go into, everything was bright and new. I was surprised to see it so close to home, and the staff was wonderful with such a great greeting and upbeat atmosphere. They quickly helped me upgrade my phone and even saved me money on my plan.
