This place fleeced my parents with deceptive sales tactics and with faulty products. My mom wanted to get her Samsung phone replaced and got sold a cheap LG phone and an unneededi pad From the start the LG phone didnt work and we were in the store multiple times trying to get it fixed. They also sold her an iPad without telling her shed be charged a service fee for the cellular portion. Fortunately she got the Verizon bill and was able to return the iPad within the 14 days. For the LG she brought it in multiple times and each time they never resolved the issues. They also never tried to fix or replace the phone. Finally on Christmas nobody could get ahold of my mom so I tried to take it back he next day to get replaced with a samsung phone. The two people on staff were extremely unhelpful and said we were outside the 14 day window. As we argued more it came out that both of the people telling me they couldnt do anything had helped my mother before, and hadnt documented the issues my mom brought up. There were multiple times for these two people to have found and remedied the issue, yet they were either untrained or incompetent at this type of task. Their idea of checking to see if the phone worked was to go call each other from another room one time. One time!? When they confirmed that the one call worked they blew us off and said there were no problems. Finallyafter more arguing they punted and said we had to call Verizon support and spend time on the phone troubleshooting. I tried to ask them what value they added since it seemed like they couldn’t do anything to help us. They answered my question by being offended that they were being useless. Frustrated, we left and went to the Verizon owned store down the street. Within five minutes of talking to a representative there we had a replacement phone being shipped to my mother next day. That’s an example of what customer service should look like, not what I experienced at this clickaway store. If you want good customer service and troubleshooting when things go wrong, stay away from this store. They are horrible, incompetent people and they will sell you things you don’t need. And if you don’t pay careful attention to what you signed they will screw you and get mad if you complain.

Best customer service experience Ive ever had! At first, I was wary of going to this store because of the reviews here (and in fact deliberately avoided it the first time I needed to go to a store). However, both people manning the desk were extremely friendly. Josephina, the assistant store manager, helped me through each issue I had (including the temperature of the store). I initially went into get a missing SIM card from my new phone shipped from Verizon Wireless. Apparently the store buys SIM cards for $10, and I was told by a rep on the phone that I would get it for free at any store. And so I did. She took care of the activation of my new phone as well. Moreover, I had a peculiar question regarding my bill. She went through two different reps over the phone to resolve the question and even secure additional promotions for me! Amidst her friendly smiles and helpful gestures toward someone whos just recovering from a cold (sorry), I reflected upon the injustice of tipping waiters with no social skills over wonderful customer service representatives such as Josephina. I promised the staff that I would leave good reviews here and on Yelp (which seems less sabotaged than here), leaving the staff and other customers in general happiness in my wake. And here I am. I didnt even look at my phone since getting back home because I had to write this down lest I forget. This is humanity to the level that I would friend her on Facebook and hang out once in a while.

Twice ripped off here...shame on me I guess. First time I signed up, the sales lady sold me a contract and lied about getting a rebate at the end of the term. The manager knew that the employee lied so said they would take care of me on the second contract and assured me I would be taken care of. On my second contract, I was told that I would get two screen replacements and a new phone if this unit was lost or damaged. I dropped the phone and it stopped working (crashes every 30 minutes) after having for just over a year. When I went to get my replacement, she said they would not honor my contract saying that the phone had to be stolen or damaged beyond use. She then said it was my fault for dropping the phone. These guys seriously suck. They do not care about the customer and will lie about what you can get on their contracts then back track when you try to use. Avoid, avoid, avoid. My $.02 or find out the hard way.

I purchased my phone with insurance here. At the time of purchase they told me that I could bring my phone in within one year and replace it if it was damaged *for free.* When I actually tried to utilize the insurance coverage they told me the phone would be "sent for repairs" and I would have to "pay a $200 deductible." None of which was told to me at the time of purchase. This store is only out to get your money, and will offer little to no actual customer service when things go wrong. Steer clear, and stick with AT&T

My older iMac died on Wednesday afternoon. I took it to this location and the technician was EXCELLENT. She was obviously very knowledgeable, very personable and in less than 24 hours I had a new hard drive, my data was backed up and she took the time to make sure I could access all my data. It was a pleasure to do business here.

this store isnt an actual verizon, its a third party vendor that sells verizon products. they make money by seriously overcharging people, and they have no return policy and awful customer service. i paid double what a regular verizon store would have charged me for my phone. dont go here unless you feel like getting hustled!

Hello Everyone: Since last noted, the management of this location has been changed with improved wait times, way better customer service, and the lowest prices of any Verizon Wireless Store. Give it another chance, you will be impressed. Will

My wife dropped his phone and it was completely shattered. I was able to conveniently make an appointment online, and it only took them a half an hour to fix, and at an extremely reasonable price. His phone is better than new! Thank you!
