Place is a total ripoff - its not a corporate store. The sales people make deceptive claims. I was told to take devices that were - "free after rebates" - but then charged fees. Originally told I had 30-days to return products, yet after multiple attempts to return products within the 30-day timeframe was finally told they had a 14-day return policy. Corporate Verizon attempted to help but since this store is not corporate they were unable to help. It is telling how horrible this location is when Corporate Verizon representatives tells me to file a complaint against the stores unfair practices with the BBB or seek help from an attorney. Save yourself the heartache and skip this place.

They try to come off as knowledgeable. However when asked specific questions about prepaid service ( which they do not offer) they give definite answers. When confronted about being wrong then they admit they are not trained in that area. Its not difficult to say " I dont know" But that would have meant I would have walked right out the door and found answers for myself. I will tell everyone to save themselves a headache and go straight to the real Verizon store just down the street. This place has cost me too much time and money.

Every time I come to this store, I cease to be surprised. The people in this store are not helpful, they are rude and the manager just rambles on and is not the least bit professional. If I could put -100 stars I definitely would. Would NEVER recommend this place to any one. I am not going to this store no matter what. I will always phone the customer number rather than go to the store itself. Verizon Corporate, please get this store under control if you care about your customers!!!!!!!

I had originally came into the store to see if I had an upgrade ready and ended up walking out with a cheaper bill, a brand new phone and a free tablet. Pryia the sales associate that helped me was very helpful, patient, enthusiastic and helped me walk away with an amazing deal. I recommend this store to everyone, its not as hectic as the store in the mall and the employees are very helpful and personable.
