Came to this location because it was close to home and I needed a screen protector. Not realizing it was a premium retail store and not an actual Verizon location or else I would have gone elsewhere. I ask for what Im looking for the associate, will keep him unnamed, grabbed something "better" than what I was looking for. He asks if I have a discount I say yes, he pulls up account sees I get 25% off and proceeds to ring me up. When he rung me up my total was 40 something dollars I asked if he applied my discount he said "Of course" I then asked how much the screen protector is normally he tells me 60.In my head I was think wow sixty dollars for a screen protector but was in a rush and needed something to cover screen. Cover comes with lifetime warranty so when I got the chance I grabbed the receipt and my computer to register. When I looked at my receipt I dont see on there where my discount was applied so I checked the price of the screen protector on the companys site and its only 35 dollars. Now Im irritated I drive back to the store wanting a refund for being lied to. Instead what I get is a bunch of run around I was passed from three different people before I got the manager. I tell him what happened he asked for my account info Im thinking to check to see that I get the 25% off but no. He goes into talking about my plan then sees Im eligible for an early upgrade and persistently tries to sell me a new phone and add a jetpack, completely disregarding the issue already at hand.I tell him Im not satisfied with my last purchase here I do not want t0 make any other purchases from your store ever again. I went for a refund or some sort of reconciliation after arguing with the man for almost 30 minutes he finally stops trying to sell me stuff and shows me on my receipt accessories can not be refunded. They are the worst here in the middle of me trying to get my issue of being lied to about the price and my discount being added to my purchase another associate comes up saying to the man helping "I beat you today" referring to his number of sales and the man helping me, the manager, replies "not if (my name) cooperates." So much was said and done, too much to share all but I will never return to this location for anything ever again and would never refer anyone to visit this location.

I am certian that any positive review written for the 4g wireless Verizon wannabe retailer establishment on commons way are as genuine and dignified as their spineless salespeople. A positive review for this subpar establishment would likely be completely bogus, self manufactured, written as charity or by another unfortunate knob who hasnt yet received their bill. The management and sales team are engaged with each other, helping each other win the sale with false representation, blatant deception and cramming their unsuspecting customers. Thats their schtick- turn and burn. They dont care if you come back or not. Check out their snide rebuttals to complaints filed with the BBB. Considering how Verizon insists on shoving their self proclaimed "reliability" down your throat at every opportunity, Im shocked they would authorize a reseller of their service with such a low level of integrity, and atrocious business ethic. Verizon wireless 800# CS will not address, correct or escalate your complaints and will literally tell you to pound sand. I recommend anyone with similar interactions with 4g wireless Inc to write to Verizons corporate dispute resolution manager, attorney general, FCC, BBB and office of the president to share their experience. Call your bank to dispute charges made on your credit card for transactions sold not as described. You have 6 months from transaction date to file a chargeback. You will WIN. And if youre still reading this unbridled passionate review of 4g, your welcome. Californias Public Utilites Commission has adopted a "Telecommunications Consumer Bill of Rights" that gives new cell phone subscribers 30 days to cancel the service without paying a penalty. The complete text of the new rules is available on the PUCs Web site. Dont be a victim of this janky reseller and their pathetic staff. Get your money back. EBK

READ THE REVIEWS, THE PATTERN IS CLEAR !!! Deceiving selling techniques on top of unprofessional customer service. I will be filling a complaint with the States Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. ALBERT the store manager is a young, disrespectful kid who compared my mothers cell phone plan to a car purchase process and since the deal was done, he said there is nothing he can do about the fact that the plan was originally sold by manipulating and lying to my mother. Unexplained charges on the verizon bill with some payments being made to the store and some to the corporate account. When I called verizon they said they have no record of the $398 the store originally charged my mother, which she was told would be her first bill.... heres the kicker, her $250 dollar bill came in a few weeks later. so that sums up cost of service close to $600 for the first month.. hahah LIARS WHO WILL DO ANYTHING TO EARN COMMISSION WORK HERE, GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE AND ASK FOR BREAKDOWNS OF INVOICES. THESE "SALES REPS" STICK ON EXTRA CHARGES THAT CORPORATE CANT LATER SEE!!!

Buyer beware... on many levels. Firstly, 4G Wireless is not a Verizon Store, but a "premium retailer". Yes, you will pay severe premiums on accessories. Was in on 5/9 for some help on a line disconnection, and also decided to buy a couple of accessories for my phone. I picked out a Qmadix pack of screen protectors and a travel USB charger. Salesman was personable and chatty, and when he rang up the total he said he was giving me a $5.00 discount because: "you dont like getting screwed, right?". Should have been the big red flag... A quick scan of the Qmadix website and Amazon confirmed my suspicions, I had paid twice over the MSRP and about 4x as much as Amazon. I quickly called the store to see if I could return the unopened products and was frankly told that I could not, 4G Wireless is a "premium retailer", and that they can charge whatever they like for the products in their store, regardless of MSRP and best retail practices. TL:DR: Dont shop here, horrendous markup (well over MSRP) on accessories. Save yourself the aggravation and shop at an actual Verizon store.

I have never been disgusted and Waverly gotten mad and feeling screwed up like this before in my life. These kids smile and sweet talk to you and you get to trust what they do by signing in in a small cashier screen without knowing that you bought accessories for $188. Those accessories I got for my previous phone for around $15 or less from Amazon. When I got home and got to look at the papers, I saw that and went back to ask for refund. The answer is no! They got my signature and nothing I can do about it. The only alternative is to return the phone and loose some $85 for re-stocking fees. Too bad there is NEGATIVE rate to give. Avoid these CROCKS. They are 3rd party retailers. I knew that when I called Verizon customer service and they said they have no control over what they sell. I still feel humiliated by being screwed up by a bunch of crocked kids. they are straight up CROCKS and THIEVES.
