Worst manager I have dealt with!!!So recently I purchased a note 7 from this store. Finding out my phone was in a recall do to battery issues I called this location and asked what I need to do in order to receive a fixed note 7 , they put me on a waiting list and told me they would call me when the phone was available, so I waited a week or so. I had flight out of the United States coming up and no call yet so I decided to give them a call and I was told by a representative that they had one note 7 in stock but they were not sure if they could exchange it for me since they they had to be order over the phone through T-mobile, he then told me to call T-mobile to verify if I could get my phone exchange for the one instock. So I did I called T-mobile and a representative told me that they have change procedure and any Customer could walk in and exchange the phone, so she went ahead while I was on the phone and called this T-mobile store to explaine the new procedure to the manager STEPHANIE and also have that phone in stock on hold to for me. STEPHANIE rudely said that, that wasnt the procedure !!professionally the T-mobile representative told her she can forward her the new procedure for the recall. She said no need to they had the new procedure sent out to them already, and she told us they had no note 7 in stock and hung up ! I was really upset something this serious was a joke to STEPHANIE. Then the representative called around all the T-mobile store near me to see if she could find any, but no luck. She offered me to get a temporary phone, so I agreed and went to this T-mobile store to exchange my phone for a temporary phone. representative was really nice and helpful when I told him the issue he then told me he had a note 7 in stock so I would not need to receive a temporary phone. He ended up exchange the phone for a note 7 that STEPHANIE said they did not have in stock!! Finally I had a fixed phone and I was able to fly, unfortunately weeks later I find out the repaired note 7 are defective as well. The problem is the horrible service that STEPHANIE gave and the games she was playing, thats what really upsets me out of all this situation!! I am a loyal T-mobile Customer and a Samsung Customer but people like her should NOT BE INCHARGER specially in a delicate situation like this one!!! Everyone else was nice and professional but cause of her Im giving this place a 1 star!!! Aslong as she is there Im not shopping and this T-mobile location!!

The staff here lied to me (or more likely dont know their own rates/plans). My wife and I joined T-Mobile specifically for the T-Mobile One plan (unlimited everything on 2 lines). I directly told the staff that I would be going to Canada for at least the next six months. We wanted a plan that we use so we could simultaneously live in Canada and USA. I specifically asked if there was any limitations or restrictions or roaming charges. They told me there wasnt, that my plan wouldnt be affected in any way and worked across north America. I didnt just ask one person this. I came in on two different occasions and ask several different staff members (I even asked other staff members when visiting other T-Mobile stores). They all gave me the same answer, there was no restrictions for traveling to Canada for extended periods of time. Some of them even stated they knew people who lived in Canada with T-Mobile plans. Yesterday (after only being in Canada a few months) I received a text from T-Mobile saying that that my plan is not intended for extended international roaming. When I called T-Mobile they said that if 51% of my usage is used internationally I get flagged in the system. If this continues to be an issues my plan gets shut off. This frustrated me more, because I also specifically asked when signing up if there was this 50% usage limit. I asked this because I knew AT&T did this with several of their plans. I was told no, that there was no limit and that I could use 100% of my unlimited data in Canada. When I was on the phone with T-Mobile today I asked if they have any plans for extended international usage. They told me no such plan existed. Soooo, Im not sure how their employees know people who live in Canada and use T-Mobile. All I know is that if we continue to stay in Canada they will cut us off.

I went to this location to exchange my phone the minute I walked in the store there was 6 of their employees literally doing nothing zero customers in the store. One of them approached me to help and I had a complicated situation because we had a family plan service and I tried to explain to the person that was helping me instead he shot me down and other one approached me with one other guy pulled a knife on me and tried to stab me and taking my life away for nothing. Police got involved, please be very careful with this location you may be in serious problems when you go there. 6 employees just standing there doing nothing and gets payed. People like us make their job possible and when you ask them to help guess what your not going to get helped because there are lazy people

Scott and Omar, two team members that demonstrated their customer service abilities by taking care of a concern that needed to be addressed. Omar was concerned of the matter and made sure it was handled by adding his manger Scott to the equation of making sure the simple concern on the account was handled. Not only did Scott understand the problem, he handled it with ease and made the process quite painless. Omar completed the task under Scotts direction which means that the store as a whole works together as a team as all retail establishments should. The concern was eradicated and the team did a great job! Thanks!!

Horrible Customer service. I called 2 days in a row to speak to a manager and i could get one on the phone or to return my call. the second day i called customer service agent Gil answered the phone took my information down and said that the manager will call me in 10 min and hour later i called and Gil told me that the manager was busy stocking the back and could not answered my call. I am very disappointed.

I went into the T-Mobile store to purchase my new phone and had the best customer service representative ever!!! Her name is Shelbi....I had to call my wife and brag about my experience and how Shelbi really took the time to help me with my purchase and make improvements to my plan. Shelbi....your the best and you will go very far in life with your attitude and dedication. Joseph

Taylor is fantastic. We switched from AT&T to T-Mobile recently and I needed a new sim and to have my number ported over. Taylor took care of me and answered ALL of my questions. I was a little wary of the customer service switching from AT&T to T-Mobile, but if all their employees are like Taylor, Ill be staying with T-Mobile for a long time!
