I wish there was a ZERO star option. Went to talk about early upgrade on my phone, they just said no. I had to bring up the new EDGE program, they gave me some run around excuse of why Id have to purchase the phone for full retail price ($700). When i mentioned how i have been to the SIMI VALLEY RETAILER, and had worked out a way to get my upgrade early for less than retail plus accessories (TRUE STORY). They asked what deal because then theyd match it you get my business. If they can match it, they couldve told me that when I first asked if they could help me. They are crooks, trying to nickel and dime people all-the-while being rude and inconsiderate. If you want good service, where the people treat you as they should, like people who pay for their hourly wage, take the trip to SIMI VALLEY MALL VERIZON.

We waited for over an hour only to be told that even though the phone was under warranty, and I was paying extra insurance coverage for the phone, that because of some scratches on the front side, they would not replace the phone. (The voice sound was not working on phone calls.) It was demeaning to be told to wait as the employee went into a back room to "talk to the manager" and find out that the wear-and-tear was "too much". I will never go there again and be treated with such humiliation. While waiting forever, I saw many people looking disappointed as they left and a few people left because the wait was too long. I went to another store and had the phone replaced for free because it was under warranty and it was not my fault.

Waste of time and employees. Went in to check if my memory card was bad or if it was my phone, all that required was to take out the memory card, put another in and see. The guy at the door, whose only job was to be the guy at the door, said I needed to make an appointment, nothing available for 4 hours. I couldnt come back then and all the times they had avail after that, I could not do for 3 days. I left, went to Best Buy, within 1 minute they had an answer for me. Really, that doorman could have given me an answer in the time it took for us to figure out when the next appointment was. what a waste of time.

I am baffled at how inept or deceitful (not sure which one applies here) an agent of Verizon can be. On October 1, 2016 I went to the Westlake store to add an iPhone to my account... that surprisingly went very smooth. Then she offered to have us upgrade our JetPacks, which were eligible for an upgrade. She said there was a promotion that would give us a "free" upgrade. She NEVER did do an upgrade. She "added" two more units to our existing account and it was never part of a promotion. We are not being asked to pay $65.00 for each unit. I find that really really wrong! Beware of these shady sales tactics!

this is the worst store. sales guy blatantly lied and omitted information to get a sale, then refused to make it right. im in sales and ive worked retail before, so i know the struggle of dealing with the public and that the customer is NOT always right...but what they did was so wrong and unacceptable! i got so angry they basically had to call the cops to get me to leave. NOT even Time Warner cable has ever made me that mad. From now on i will go to any other verizon store than the westlake one.

The sale person there was rude. They said that they will not exchange your phone or warranty the phone if it was scratched on the SECOND day you bought your phone. So if you decided to buy your phone there better bring a magnifying glass to see if your phone was ok or else, you buy it is yours. If they exchange it for you they will charge you a $35 restocking fee even though is not your fault. Simply put DO NOT buy phone at verizon wireless.

I dont understand these reviews. My experience with "Nancy" at this store was incredible. I had a very difficult situation between two phones on my Corporate account and Nancy not only took the time to remedy it, she was able to fix it when other stores were clueless to what the problem was. Nancy was calm pleasant and competent while I was anxious stressed and unhappy about the situation. I highly recommend this store because of Nancy.

If you want a phone only you may be ok, but if you are ordering TV/Fios, landline you may have trouble. I happened to call in to Verizons main number with a question and the people THERE fixed my COMPLETE order....wait...the guys at this store signed me up for a VISA card so that I could get a rebate, but I was only told about the rebate and NOT the VISA card. Very bad, perhaps illegal and for sure unethical. Dont go to this store.

If you have a great experience you tell maybe one to two people. If you have a horrible experience then you tell more than ten and post on the internet. If being ripped off and treated like your less than garbage is appealing then the verizon wireless located in westlake village is the place to go. Wow.. amazing job they did to convince me to go to another cell phone company and give them my money instead.

Representative Derrick lied to me to sell me a phone, then refused to fix the problems on my account that resulted from this. I spent well over an hour in this store without anything getting fixed, and nobody seemed to care about actually helping. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Avoid this place like the plague.

People come here because they offer most services, and the best services. Employees are knowledgeable and professional. they also carry way more products and accessories than the little satelite stores do. Its true, this place can be busy. But Ive never waited more than about 10 minutes. This is the only verizon store I go to.

Incorrect phone sent from verizon. Jackson came to our aid. He went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for us to exchange and activate new phone, even providing a new SIM card. Every thing worked out beautifully thanks to Jacksons terrific customer service. We are very satisfied with our experience.

I refuse to go in this store. I have told the on-line reps that an in store option will not happen at Westlake. Rude, appointments well in advance and you still have to wait. Camarillo and Oxnard are considerably better, although I am generally frustrated with Verizon.

If you want to be treated fairly with honesty and integrity this is NOT the place to go! The manager is a flat out liar. From a business owner; if I ran my business this way I wouldnt have a business! Been with Verizon for 12+ yrs so its the store not the service!

Show more respect to your female clients. My mother went in to get a new power cord for her phone and was told it isnt available any more. They tried to get her to purchase a new phone. Went with her to the Verizon in Moorpark, and they ordered the power cord.
