I am so disappointed with this branch. I just siwtched over to Verizon a couple of days ago but i live in Hawaii and our Verizon store was awesome and helped us to set up our new phones. i have my mom and dad on our plan but they live in California. I ordered their phone to shipped to their house and i told my mom go to the corporate Verizon store so they can help you activate your phones and transfer their contacts etc. my parents dont know much about technology and i knew they would need assist, so i told my mom call me when you arrive at the store so i can explain to the Verizon employee what needs to get done. i explained to the sale associate Hassan Sabbah that to please help my mom activate the phones since we switched from sprint to Verizon and to help her transfer her contacts etc. After that i didnt get a hold of my mom the next day. she went back to the store because he told her to call a number to activate the phones and left for the day without telling my mom. so she had questions and she was waiting for him and she ask a sale associate where is Hassan, im waiting for him to come out but he already left. Next day, I told my mom to give the phone to a manager his name was Oscar. i told him the situation and that his sale associate wasnt helping my mom but just telling her to call a number or go online which i specifically told him my mom need help because she doesnt understand what to do. i guess Hassan wasnt happy that i talked to a manager so he was giving attitude to my mom so ultimately didnt help my mom and was rude. A hour later, i get a phone from my mom crying and feeling overwhelmed saying she left the store because Hassan was belittling her and didnt want to help after she has gone to the store 3 times with 48 hours so nothing got done even though i talked to the manger. I called the store and they had me on hold for 20 mins which is unbelievable like come on, they are luck im on the island because if not i would have gone into that store and make sure they give great customer service. I expressed my feeling and told Oscar what hassan did, which was unacceptable how Hassan treated my mom especially after i talked to Oscar the first time and he said that they will take care of my mom and they just made her feel stupid and gave poor customer service. Oscar offer for my mom to come back the next day so he can help her but she refuse because she didnt want to see Hassan since he made her feel stupid. I will never let my mom go to this corporate branch, im so upset with them! Arent they suppose to help customers? whats the whole point of having Verizon stores if they dont want to help Customers? I cant believe my mom had to go thru this chaos and she told me that she never have to go to that store and im sorry how they treated her. and honestly the branch should be apologizing to my mom. how can you treat a customer so poorly and make her cry. Shes an elderly lady who needed help to set up her phone, why is that so hard? The only reason why i staying with Verizon is because our Verizon salesman in Hawaii is awesome but this branch is horrible. My mom will never set a foot in this branch ever again. Hassah, Im so disappointed with your customer service and i cant believe that Verizon has hired someone that would treat people badly and make people feels stupid and ultimately make a grandmother cry. Im very disappointed with Verizon for not training their employees how to provide great customer service and by reading other comments of the branch, we wont be the last people who will have this poor customer service with this branch.

This place is unbelievably horrible. If youre not making their sales quota, they have no interest in helping out the customer. I walked in there a week ago to purchase an item but had 8 people in front of me. They said I would have to wait but I told them I would pay cash if I could get help sooner. Without any sales pitch, they sent someone to the back to get what I came in for and disregarded the complaints of customers in front of me who were upset that they had been there before me, and got me on my way. Unfortunately, the item they sold me was broken and had to be returned a week later. It took 3 trips to their store for them to finally return my item but not until making me wait 2 hours before being helped. There were 2 customers waiting (including myself) and 5 associates. Only 2 were busy assisting other customers leaving the other 3 walking around doing nothing. Once I voiced my complaint, one guy said, to make an appointment next time, another said that he was already off, and the third asked me what I was willing to do. I told him I would give him $20 if he just got one of the associates to help, his reply " not enough, I cant do that." Finally, 2 hours later, I told the man helping me that this was the worst service Ive ever experiences and he responded with an attitude saying that he should have been home so he too frustrated. I asked if he was giving me an attitude and he said "sorry, thats just how I talk." I will NEVER give this business another penny if this is the way their associates are allowed to treat their customers. By far, worst experience ever.

The worst service Ive ever experienced.....every single employee here is either incompetent or uneducated on customer relations.... Ive been waiting over an hour for some genius technician to come out and return and refund my entire purchase, I simple wanted 4 HUM devices for my vehicles which never worked, so after 7 days of trail and absolutely no success or help I decided to return the entire order and terminate this account entirely. George is the biggest failure for a manager supposedly covering the shift of the real manager which conveniently is on vacation. Im still early into my 14 safety net and this A** hole tries to tell me hes going to charge a $35 restocking fee for each device and Im only being refunded $21 from the total $161. Well guess what I contacted corporate and I had a check for he remaining amount $140 sent ASAP ! !!! Thanks a lot GEORGE I guess you were right about me trying to have good luck in getting the rest of my money back....this guy had the nerve to refuse service after I cussed a few words to express my frustration and anger and he wants to step on my constitutional rights of speech offending my freedom. no way am I paying for over $300 a month for this garbage service, NO Fn WAY!!!! Ill never come back to this store every again

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! My wife and I went in to see and touch the new galaxy S6 with the intent of buying one because she was eligible for an upgrade. Thats ALL we wanted to do. Before we knew it, we were being verbally pushed and persuaded into a new plan with all kinds of features, financing, and hidden charges we didnt want or need. After stating this over and over again to the sales rep, the manager came out to explain things and she was even worse! An hour of our time was wasted, our blood was boiling, and remembering now that this bad experience wasnt our first there, NEVER AGAIN will we set foot in that horrible store! I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and I am mortified. The sales reps are anything but courteous and are nothing more than used car salesman giving the old hard sell. Its easy to see that they are just trying to make their quotas or get their commissions or something. I repeat, dont shop here! All they want is your money and sell you stuff you dont need. Dont fall for it. Buy your equipment online, for sure thats what we are doing from now on.
