AWFUL experience. Do not get service here. I REPEAT, Do not get service here. My family and I have been loyal customers to AT&T since 2007 (10 years at this point) and stayed with them even when we moved from a different state. The manager that sold me 2 iPhones flat out low-balled me, saying that I would receive 2 free iPads along with my purchase. As Im checking out, she had me sign her tablet and threw in that I just needed to pay $35 for each gadget guard, adding how theres a "lifetime warrantee in case I break it". I asked for all of the terms and conditions to be laid out before me and I cant help but to feel deceived and cheated out of my money because she simply repeated what she said earlier - how they were completely free because of the promotion they had. 1. Since the iPads rightfully belonged to me, I did as I pleased - I gave them away, only to find out that these two iPads were registered to my account and that data charges would be applied on top of $10/month for a 2-year contract that I unknowingly signed for. 2. The gadget guards are NOT free if you need to order a replacement. There is a shipping cost of $5.00 for each, which is the normal price of a new one on Amazon. So theres $70 extra dollars there that I paid. I absolutely take ownership of what I should have been more aware of as the consumer in this situation. However, I do not believe that it was ethical for the managers at this branch to be DISHONEST about the charges that WE would be held responsible for. Absolutely ridiculous. They made no effort towards making amends and said the only option on my end would be to pay the early termination fee of a whopping $300. It is infuriating to say that after such a TERRIBLE customer service experience, I am choosing to take my family off of AT&T and switching to T-mobile. Customer loyalty department couldnt do much either.

I have actually never been to this store, but I have worked with the manager, Saman, of this store in a different branch. Be careful when you are dealing with him, he made a lot of mistakes on my account and I had to go back and forth so many times with At&t to fix them. He put extra charge on my account which could have been avoided and I had to call and fix. He gave me a tablet and said its free and after the first bill I discovered it was a lie. If I could I would cancel my account completely but unfortunately it had a cost and I am stock. Again be careful and if you can avoid him all for good.

They are disreputable. Do not buy here. They will promise anything to sell a product. We went in for Direct TV. Were told we would get 2 free phones of our choice if we moved our 2 phone lines over to AT&T. Find out only 1 is free. Have to pay for second phone. Didnt need new phones and werent unhappy with prior carrier. They will not make good on their word. Do not shop here.
