Do not take your watch to them for a battery replacement! Especially if it is a very nice watch. They scratched the back up trying to get the plate off to access the battery and bent the pin that the watch band loops around. Then after the guy was done, he said, "Here you go, good as new!" Uh...definitely not good as new. The watch repair service is very inexperienced. Even another guy came in while I was there and needed a battery replacement on a watch and they couldnt get the back plate off his either! They should not even have a watch battery replacement service there. They dont have the proper tools, knowledge or the right people to do it. I hate to leave anyone a bad review...but this watch I had to get fixed was an ebay item that was already sold and now I have to ship it with scratches and a bent pin.

Finding the battery I needed online and seeing that it was available at a store not far away was good. Getting 10 percent off buying the battery online was great. Going to the store not-so-good. The employees really need to be trained to operate their system. I even called before I went to the store yet they had to go find the battery. I brought in a core exchange and told two employees it was there. Everyone forgot but me. What should have taken 10 minutes took well over 40 because of their incompetence. I wont go back for the fun of it.

This store offers fast services, convenience, good prices and knowledgeable staff. What else would anyone want in store. Ive bought watch batteries and specialty batteries for my exercise heart monitor and I am usually in and out of the store in less than 4 minutes. They also sell light florescent light bulbs, which Ive never purchased there. Ive typically bought them at Lowes or Home Depot but no more. I intend to reward Batteries Plus with my business since it such a good store. No, Im not related to the owner.

I love this place. I can spend my whole day there. They have so many things you didnt even realize you needed. Plus they fix phones. They have fixed 3 of my phones in the last 3 years. Teenagers and cell phones dont mix. But the staff saved the day each time and the phone worked like new after the repair. Thanks for slways goingvthe extra mile guys.

Needed sensor batteries then a few weeks later a laptop battery. Checked the internet for both which led me to Batteries and Bulbs. Thousand Oaks had them in stock. I will look to them for my battery needs. Frys electronics is closer, but no service and more importantly no batteries. Thank you Batteries and Bulbs!

Bought a motorcycle battery online and picked up in store. Staff was fantastic and informed me that the battery I bought was of good quality but was not maintenance free just so I knew what to expect. It was greatly appreciated and helpful. Will definitely do business with them again!

Got replacement electric bike batteries here for my go-hub kit. Worked with the guy at the counter and we found out that the non-Soneil charger pulls a current from the batteries when unplugged. The Soneil charger didnt pull a current. Left for 2-4 weeks, batteries were dead.
