Worst experience ever! They told us about a promotion for $99 for an iPhone 7. BUT..... what they dont tell you is you need to change your plan which was never explained in the store. I get a text message today saying I dont qualify for the promotion unless I switch plans which would cost me $60 more! We went into the store and the store manager and the district manager basically told us were out of luck! That it was our fault that we did not read the fine print which was never told to us by the rep who sold us the phone. They wont take responsibility for it and now have to pay out-of-pocket which is outrageous! Im never shopping here again and Im taking my business elsewhere! PS customer service on the phone is just as bad and they wont help us out either! Dont believe what you hear on TV with T-Mobile! They are rude and they wont help you solve an issue that they messed up on and they Amit it was there fault.
