I had to get a mobile tablet and two mobile broadband for my business (I already had one and an account at this store). After completing the sale, they required I pay fees to switch to a new service contract (wouldnt activate devices unless I did this). I paid all the start up fees, but they didnt input them in their system. Im still fighting with Verizon over those payments (which Verizon cannot explain either).

Absolutely Horrid customer service. Asked a reasonable question and got met with "HUH!?! Whaat?!? Thats not possible bro" That right away should indicate something is wrong here. These people are insanely rude, hostile, and its unclear why this store exists or why these people deserve a job.

Sign and internet say hours are 9am-9pm.. Been here two days in a row, 20 after 9, and ITS NOT OPEN! Service at this branch is horrible, they lie to get you into contracts, when they say there are none. They do NOT have a wide variety of supplies, and the store is always dirty.
