Wow. Ive never been treated so disgustingly rude by a sales associate in my 40 years ! The Reps name was RYAN - and as the others have said here, he was ONLY concerned with selling me a bunch of accesories and other crap and not at all helpful with the upgrade issue I was there for. With no exaggeration, I told him at least 8 to 10 times that I was not interested in the extras he was trying to pimp. IN the end I had to call him on it, - what part of NO I DONT WANT IT are you not understanding? He was not apologetic whatsoever, had a disgustingly rude demeanor and then kept me waiting another 15 minutes for this rude manager that never appeared. I was beyond shocked! How is this hole still in business ? Meanwhile another Veri-Rude-Zon Rep tried to tell me that the reason the guy is so high pressure is because "We get sick of these customers that come in and tell us." - I stopped listening. YOU GET SICK OF CUSTOMERS..?? You mean the ones that pay your payroll ?? UNREAL. I left and got my needs met elsewhere. Good luck little boys with filthy bad attitudes. You will never EVER make it in the real world, corporate or otherwise with those disgusting outlooks, chips on your shoulders and pushy, childish attitudes.

I walked into this store on December 26,2014 to purchase a new iPhone 5c with a 2-year upgrade that I had. As I walked in the store, I was quickly greeted my a manager and I was pleased with the fast communication. I told him what I was there for, so he added my name to the list to serve and told me the wait would be about 5-10 minutes, which is not a long wait at all. After about 40 minutes and 5 questions asked about when it would be my turn, it finally came around. a different associate assisted me and asked what I needed. As soon as I told her, she went to check the merchandise for the color iPhone that I wanted..... NOT IN STOCK! Please Please Please, if you go here, make sure to ask them if they have what you need in stock that way you dont waste time like I did. I was so disappointed I just walked right across and behind to the Apple Store and was in and out in less than 20 minutes, including transferring contacts and updates and more. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store. If youre looking for an iPhone, just go to the Apple Store.

Worst customer service ever. They dont know anything about their stock on hand. They will take your money and write up the order then tell you they just ran out of the phone you want. Most of the staff is under 21 years of age and couldnt be bothered with courtesy, accuracy of product knowledge or current plans or on the tuff questions like can I use the rebate on a certain phone as a down on the cost of the new phone. They are all commision sales people and are motivated solely by greed, and lieing to you about discounts so they can bump up their commissions. No matter who you talk to there you will get a different answer. Manager is also young and does nothing but stand around shooting the breeze with fellow employees, and when you want to talk to him he is suddenly gone or not in. Horrible place. Try someplace else until they fire everyone in the place and replace them with competent caring people with brains and honesty.

Went into the store to fix a problem with my wifes phone. The greeter took my information, and in about a minute I was working with Chris (one of two Chrises in the store then). He listened carefully, then started checking out the phone. The problem was that, when dialed but not answered, Verizon would tell the caller that the connection was not available instead of going to voice mail. This was a difficult issue to remedy, but remedy it he did. The entire staff were professional and polite. Chris did make me aware of a promotion in which I was not interested, but then, sales is his job, isnt it? Kinda like the Geico commercials--"Its what they do." Lighten up folks. And, to be fair, Ive always had four or five star service every single time with Verizon. AT&T and Time-Warner? Why do you think Im with Verizon???

Had a phone set for pick up for my daughter. Because I wasnt present they would not let her have it and who over waited on her was very rude...she said it was a male. Had to cancel the order, which verizon didnt end up doing correctly. Called the store and they said it would fizzle out eventually?! What? And I explained the rudeness and was hung up on. Id say this store really needs to work on their customer service. Now trying to pick up a new phone and it doesnt just fizzle out! Im still trying to cancel this order and Ive been on the phone 20 minutes! Now Verizon is telling me that simi valley wont release our upgrade that it will take 7 days?! So, basically this store is holding our upgrade hostage....Stay away...far away from this store.

Im sick and tired of being questioned why Im buy something. They need to shut up and just take my money. 2 months ago I went and got a charger and the guy asked why I needed a charge and then a month later I was upgrading my dads phone. He doesnt understand technology at all and he needs big buttons. And when I was getting him a basic phone with big buttons Mr. Questions comes and ask me to why I want this phone only because he was having trouble upgrading it. Truly I dont think he knows what he is doing. My family has had Verizon for 18years and have never been treated with the respect and loyalty we deserve. I have so many stories that are worth one star reviews. I dont know why my family continues to have their phones.

I have to say I am sad to hear the negative reviews for this store. I personally have had great service here. Admittedly I havent been into a verizon store in years until almost 2 months ago. I went in with a problem which was quickly resolved by Drew the manager on duty. He was very helpful! I happen to have a new phone so I have many questions. I have been into the store at least once a week asking question and have been provided with the best possible service! The staff is fantastic and your manager is here is incredibly friendly and helpful. As long as they have such a great staff I will not take my business anywhere else! Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

Buyer beware when purchasing a phone from Verizons Simi Valley. I went in to purchase a new I-phone. The sales person stated that I could get a free mini pad with the purchase of my phone. I wasnt really interested or needed the I-pad, but since she stated it was free I thought maybe my daughter could use it. A month later when I received my Bill, they added an additional phone line and put me into a 2 year contract on that Mini-pad. I called Verizons and spoke to the Manager about the shady business practices. I have been paying on a device to this date No one in my family has used. They have lost as a customer!
