BEWARE! This place is a fraud. We were duped by the store manager Josh Oniate. He repeatedly lied right to our faces and totally misrepresented the entire transaction. We went on a Black Friday sales event for 2 phones and were told that we would get 2 tablets along with phone screen protector, phone case and car charger. What he didnt tell us was that all of the accessories would be charged to our bill and that tablets included a separate 2 year data plan and activation that we would be paying for. We were informed that the tablets would be ours, free of charge, with no strings attached. When we went home, we realized that we were bamboozled by a deal that was too good to be true. He had charged us for all of the so called "free" accessories, like the phone cases and car chargers that were $49.99 each. Long story short, we were told that the upfront charges were just the deposits for the phones and taxes. We ended up paying $435 MORE on top of the deposits and taxes. I had gone the following week to cancel and return the tablets and Josh informed me that I would have to pay a restocking fee of $70 on each tablet. We had to pay even more for something that he should have cleared the air about when we had initially made our purchase. When I asked about the charges, I was told that it was for registering and activating the phone in the computer, which was obviously not true. Due to some further mismanagement and misrepresentation of facts, I ended up going to this place 4 times in 2 weeks and spent many frustrating hours to return the tablet. DO NOT go by what the store manager (Josh) says. He did not hesitate to lie to our faces without remorse just for the sake of boosting his sales. He is deceitful and not to be trusted. I would recommend avoiding this store at all cost. Go to a real Verizon store and not this "certified" retailer. Update to my earlier review. (02-08-2017) A few weeks after we posted the initial review, we were contacted by the District Manager from A Wireless to ask about our poor experience. He sympathized with us regarding the frustrating time we had signing up and returning the devices. Although, he was unable to refund the total $435 that we had lost out on, he was able to give us back $200, which helped cut our losses. Glad the Manager reached out to us.

This location does not feel like a full, official Verizon Wireless store. Their selection of phones and accessories are old and scarce. They are friendly and helpful and the store is clean.

They charge $10 for exchanging Micro sim card to Nano sim card, which should be free.
