Terrible customer service. Hard to reach and very difficult to get any service for problems, which there have been too many. I had my business phone and my daughters phones with them for months and months but there have been so many problems, I dont even have time to describe all of them. Recently I had to call over 20 times from overseas because their service didnt work after having paid almost $100 to unlock my iphone. Nobody ever picks up the phone. After I got back and many more calls later, they said they didnt do anything wrong and refused to give me a refund. All the phone battery cases and charging chords I bought from there got broken within a couple of weeks and I asked them to repair it or give me a new one, but I just got the broken one back. Also many hours wasted trying to find out what happened to it after three weeks of not hearing back from them. Do not try to save a few bucks. Go somewhere else and save tons of trouble. FYI, Cameron. You DO have yelp review page as you can see and it is all terrible. Your Google review is a little better but not by much. A whole different customer service philosophy is in order and please drop the condescending attitude towards frustrated customers and adopt a more emphatic one instead. And also invest in an answering service so that customers dont have to take the time out of their busy life to go to the store every time there is a problem with your service.

Ive been working with Kameron, James, and others at United Wireless for many years, and they are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Far superior to going to a Verizon or AT&T store. I cant recommend them enough. In fact, Id say any company wanting to know how retail service should be handled should benchmark United Wireless.

So no nonsense and quick that its almost painful to compare to the phone company outlets or other resellers. Helped me with a cracked screen and faulty battery (which I had purchased from Office Depot btw). My Samsung now working good as new. He sells phones and plans as well.

My Wifes iPhone 5 screen started popping off. It was easy to make an appointment with United Wireless Center, Oakbrook Plaza,- he sent an info text directly after hanging up with him. He fixed the screen, and the expanding battery that caused it, in half an hour.
