DO NOT GO TO THIS CRICKET! You dont know me but please take my advice,dont waste your time&MONEY! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I went & it was completely empty,all 6employees (+3on lunch) were standing there gossiping&told me to wait til one was available??? They were a nitemare!! Forced me to pay for a month service on a line I dropped weeks prior just to keep my line, they completly 100% lied about work they did on my phone,making it WORSE!! I WAS THERE A TOTAL OF 3 &1/2 HOURS! IV now paid on 3 $55 android phone lines, one I dont even have anymore& my other 2 now dont even work! They are clueless about what their doing even more so clueless customer service or how to run a business! These are people who should be standings in the unemployment line!!!

I received misleading information at the store. I wanted to see if I could buy the SIM Card alone to activate it later on my own online on Crickets website. The sales assistant told me that I would have to activate the SIM Card right there, at the store, and would cost me $25 Activation Fee, on top of the Plan. The misleading information was that she warned me that even if I buy the SIM Card online to receive by US Mail and tried to activate online after having received the SIM Card, I would still be charged the $25 Activation Fee. This is not true. Buying a SIM Card online and activating by yourself at home using Crickets website does not charge you any Activation Fee - Activation in that way is free.

Well here my 1st issue, bad customer service. The manager is an idiot. Loves helping you to take your money, but hates helping you when there an issue. They talk like they know everything about the service. But when my phone stop working, they forgot all of their training. What a joke. All fake smiles on their faces. They lie about the phone warranty and services just to make a deal. Thats called false advertisement. Now that I need assistance with my phone, no one has yet helpful at this location. Have to call another store for help. The 5412 N. Blackstone was the only one who has been helpful. But unfortunately Im still out on a phone.

This store has bad customer service. Employees do not know what they are doing. Ive faced many issues here in which they forgot to activate my phone even after doing a bridge payment. In a different situation an employee forgot to add my feature of a hotspot when I went to pay my bill and later as I was setting it up I had no service, which resulted in them forcefully making me pay extra just to activate my phone on account of a mistake they made. Cricket overall is just a bad service provider.

I really like how all the phones are on display. The custom service was great. I was greeted at the door. I like how I was able to look without being hounded by salesperson. When I was ready with questions they were available. I was on this particular visit lured into the store for a Black Friday deal. They were all out of the phones. They should have took down the sign.

After seeing this place for myself Id have to agree with all the bad comments and low stars. Customer service sucked! They dont know what their doing. 1 suggestion to cricket FIRE everyone and rehire new employees for this store PLEASE!
