I recently took my phone here for a repair, the second time in a couple months. I live 40 miles away but this is the only sprint repair store in the area. My phone would not charge, it would act like it was charging but never actually charge. I dropped the phone off and ran some errands. I never got a call so I had to come back the next day. I ran more errands and finally called in from my wifes phone to see if my phone was finished. I was put on hold for approximately 20 minutes in which time I was able to drive to the store. I walked in and saw a few customers and about 4 or 5 employees. I waited in line for a employee who was helping a customer. 1 employee was on a computer and 2 were talking in the back of the room. After another 10 minutes waiting one employee came to the front and stood at the podium. I approached him and said that I was trying to see if my phone had been fixed. I explained that I had already been waiting a while both on the phone and in the store. He gestured around and said "well you can see why". I found this humorous as up until that moment there had only been one of the several employees actually helping a customer. He asked my name and went to the back to check. He immediately came out with my phone and said it had water damage and I needed to call the insurance. Now I didnt believe him as this phone was only a few months old and had never been wet. It was recently replaced after my other was stolen. Also, had that been the case then why didnt someone call the alternate number I gave to let me know. If it actually had water damage then sprint sent it to me that way. I took it to 2 other places and both said I needed a battery. I had the battery replaced and It now works and charges fine. So either the employees at the sprint store lied to me so I would have to pay 200 from the insurance or they are incompetent and cant tell the difference between a bad battery and water damage. Either way this store has no concept of customer service and sprint is consistently one of the worst companies Ive dealt with. I feel that the 2.3 stars they have here is far too generous.

This store has the WORST customer service, and the most incompetent repairsmen(women) that I have had the misfortune to work with! I pay in to my Sprint insurance monthly, but did you know that, if YOU do NO DAMAGE to your phone YOURSELF, and, god forbid, something just goes wrong with the phone, its up to Sprint to fix it rather than the insurance company?!! Well, Ive been to this Sprint store in Reno THREE TIMES in the past three weeks for the same problem that they obviously cant fix, and they REFUSE to just give me a new phone!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (Ive been treated rudely since after my first visit, as if Im a pest!), TERRIBLE REPAIR PEOPLE MAKING THESE DECISIONS, and/or TERRIBLE COMPANY POLICIES!!! If their products dont work, then get your paying clients a new one that does! And now theyve taken my phone for 3-5 days to "run diagnostics at the factory", and I have NO PHONE at all, and the customer service man acted as if this was not unusual, and did not even say anything like, "Gee, yeah, I know that its going to be inconvenient," or "I really hope we can get you a new phone rectify the problem quickly since youre out of a phone altogether for so long." I would not have given up my crappy, broken phone for this extended time, except they said that this was my only hope of possibly gettting a new, working one. I am so tired of traveling 45 minutes back and forth to Reno from my home town when I am the single mother of an adorable, yet very unruly 3 year old little boy! I am clearly trying to be railroaded into upgrading to a new phone for an additional $500+ which I REFUSE to pay when I have done nothing wrong to my well-cared for cell phone (its having software issues now), and, moreover, I cant stand the big size of the new phones. THIS STORE IS A TRAVESTY! I will be calling the store manager, a supervisor on the Sprint phone lines, and writing a formal letter to Sprint Headquaters, all today after completing my round of online reviews. I highly suggest you shop elsewhere.

After having t-mobile for 5 years I decided to try a new phone company and going with sprint was a bad idea. thanks to this store with nothing but liars. I went in to store and right away sale guy told me what great deal I would get blah blah blah this and that. Anyways told me I would be paying a low montly fee and every month my bill came out to 20 dollars extra, After he told me I would be paying a certain rate with tax an everything. So every month I would call the store and see why they had not completed there promise of what I was told I would pay. The So called manager said its because I was late on a payment????? I had paid it 4 days later, Last time I checked you didnt get billed 20 extra dollars for being late 4days. Anyways every month after paying on time, my bill is still 20 over I called again and manager said its because the service plan changed... Like serious how does someones plan change after 5 months, And there customer service sucks they dont try to help you once you buy something from them. last time I checked when you call a buisness the person that picks up the phone says thank you for calling ........ at this store they just answer hello! sometimes I dont even know if im calling the right place and there all rude. All im saying is be careful of what they tell you and make sure you have it all on paper exactly what they offer you. or else you to well be ripped off. GOOD LUCK

My wife and I came in to buy a screen cover here for an iPhone 6 Plus. We wanted a Zagg InvisiShield like weve had in the past but they insisted a glass cover (also made by Zagg) was better. We took their word and had them install it. Within 2 weeks there were cracks in the cover so we took it back to be replaced. They replaced it but put it on crooked, so we asked them to fix it. They took it off and put on another. Also crooked. We asked them to fix it and were told that they "wouldnt keep giving us screens." Funny. They then offered to give us one to take home and install ourselves. No way Im gonna try that if theyre professionals and cant do it right. We asked that they just take it off and return our money. They said wed have to wait 20 - 30 minutes for a computer to free up before they could refund it. Now, Im waiting in line. Figured Id let Google know while I waited. Not that itll speed things up ... Oh, and they wont let me speak with a manager. Update: Apparently no refunds after 14 days. Weve had it 16 days. Also, they finally let me speak with a manager - he convinced me that my best option was to leave dissatisfied.
