My Samsung galaxy s3 had fallen for the last time. although the glass screen appeared unharmed, the internal screen was very damaged. my screen was black and functionless. It turned on and off and worked with Bluetooth but otherwise couldnt function. thank God I had insurance and was able to cheaply have it replaced but I thought I has forever lost my pics and contacts. Eugene at Cell Phone Repair Pros was AWESOME! He was able to retrieve every picture, video, and contact and put it all onto my NEW phone. what was also great is that when he was finished retrieving all of my data from my old phone he deleted everything so that I could safely send it back to tmobile. Aside from getting the job done he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. And it only cost $65! Eugene is a God send. xo

I broke my iPhone 6 took it to a few repair shops told me had orijinal screens I talked to Apple told me only Apple makes orijinal I came to this place see what they would say and they told me they have 2 qualitys one after marked and orijinal rebuild witch would be OEM difference is the glass on top rebuilt from orijinal Apple OK I understood prices were way better and I can feel the honesty Ive been to allot of different places everyone that I talk to charges allot more and Bs i am happy even do I came in with an attitude witch I know I should not because there the ones fixing my broken phone, even do treated me well explained it to me and am happy

My GF dropped her Samsung Galaxy S6 and I was driving around town and making phone calls trying to get it fix. Most locations quoted $200 for the LCD panel but no one had her color, Gold, in stock. I was just about ready to give up when I called Cell Phone Repair Pros. They had the lowest price AND the gold panel in stock! Had to get the back of my phone replaced. Sent an email for a quote and received an answer within an hour. Stopped by after work and the 30 minutes I was quoted took less than 10! Phone looked as good as new when they finished and the price they quoted was the price I paid. Would def go here again.

I had them repair the charging port on my Kindle and had to bring it back three different times during the warranty because the repair didnt work. Then it broke again a month and a half after the warranty expired. Go elsewhere or just buy a new notepad because the repair will not last.

They supposedly fix my iphone gave six month warranty 3 days later stop working again the guy Gus was so rude he refused to look at it and did not want to refund me even tho he said he would I dont recomend this place it sucks very poor customer service

Asked for a screen replacement quote over Yelp for a Huawei Honor 8, Gus got back to me within twenty minutes and gave me a great price for the repair. I went over after work and he got the job done within an hour, screen works great. Thanks a bunch.

i was told that it might take up 45min to repair an iphone 6 but got it done in under 10min, awesome. Gus explained that they need extra time to test the phone before giving it back, youll know that you get your phone back FULLY WORKING. Thank you

Great place to get this stuff fixed instead of going to provider who only will sell you a new device along with a new 2 year deal. Now Im going over there to buy a used one. whats great about it is that it comes with a 6 month guarantee.
