This store absolutely SUCKS, the employees are Ignorant and Rude in addition to not KNOWING [or caring] about their products and Promotions. I changed Providers because they tell you anything depending on WHO you are. I wanted to upgrade my phone and purchase the LG and pay the taxes only which is what the sign in front of the STORE states in big GREEN writing. Well they told me NO I cannot do that I have to pay 35.00 plus taxes....THIS IS NOT WHAT TWO OTHER OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES TOLD ME. THEN...I had another phone that was purchased less than two weeks that stopped working with msg coming up "Invalid battery" with an electrical burnt smell. Well the fat mexican woman who I assume was a seasoned employee told me no way were they going to replace that even though there was insurance on the phone. The fat BLOB said it had been dropped or sat on, I wondered how she came to this conclusion unless her fat ass had done this thats how she knew. The phone was not cracked or chipped in any way. However, if I was a mexican they would have bent over backwards to resolve my problem. I have been in this store and seen with my own eyes many times, these idiots go way beyond the norm to help mexicans...and THIS is why Californians have an attitude about Mexicans taking over everything and getting benefits that Legal Americans have no chance of getting. Long story short took the defective phone to ANOTHER store in Visalia and they honored the Insurance and replaced the phone. I hate that Cricket Store on Noble Avenue! They go out of their way NOT to help you unless youre making a payment. I took my business elsewhere and will tell everyone I know what assholes they have working at that location and NOT to Patronize them! Those two vavosas are a joke especially the one with the big ass false eyelashes! That manager should be embarrassed because I am not the only one that has noticed the discriminatory behavior. I rate them minus Zero!

They charge me with Chargers that I should be charged .. I called criket 1 800 number and they filling a report they refuse to give me myoney back... plus they where rude makeinge believe that I should be charge for being a loyal customer since 2010
